“Everyone should put it on there bucket list. The owner was outstanding, very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads. “This was a nice little house with everything you need. Our contact was very approachable and helpful. There were nice little details such as little flower bouquets which made it even more cosy. There is quite a loud street next to it, but as we used the place to explore the island this was no problem. We'd strongly recommend the accommodation to anyone who looks for a lovely place to stay in Stornoway from which to do trips around Harris and Lewis. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.”

“Very well appointed property, spotlessly clean and fresh. Plenty of toiletries for guests convenience and lovely soft towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and when the coffee machine developed a fault, Gemma had it replaced and upgraded within a couple of hours with a terrific machine which kept me suitably caffeinated for our stay. Great host.”

“Property was amazing and had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of space and a huge kitchen. The view from the property was stunning and we spent every evening in the extension looking out across the water. Great location too - tranquil and peaceful but easy to access the island and all it has to offer from the property. Hosts were warm, friendly and very welcoming - and checked in to make sure we we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! ”

“A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped cottage at a beautiful location. Kenny and Mairi were very helpful. The community shop in Carloway was very convenient for groceries. Fantastic beaches are nearby and it is only a short drive to the Calanais Standing Stones. A great base to explore the Isle of Lewis.”

“I had an exceptional stay at the apartment in Stornoway. The place was impeccably clean, very peaceful, and of very high quality. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout of the apartment was excellent. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. Additionally, the hosts, Rodi and Catherine, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again when I return to Lewis.”
