“Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails.”

“Wow! What else can i say. This property has everything you need for a get away and then some! Ernie and Carmelita were extremely gracious hosts. The salsa and chips was a lovely surprise after a day of long travel. Easy access to the trails and dog friendly. The pressure washer was a nice bonus after those muddy rides. Would stay here again!”

“We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!”

“The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. Water line broke in the town while we were out and Stephanie had a case of water and extra water for the bathroom in case it was off a while.
