Only a short walk to all the shopping/restaurants/nightlife on the brick-paved streets of downtown Sanford. Take a stroll on the Lake Monroe walking path. We just replaced all the carpet with new SPC flooring in Jan 2023. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and smart TV, a small bedroom with a new (Jan 2023) queen size bed, and one small bedroom with a new (Jan 2023) full size bed and a TV that only plays DVDs. There are a few kids movies provided.

You’ll have the entire house to yourselves.

We’ll be available via phone, text, and the Airbnb app. We have a person nearby the property that can answer questions as well.

The property is located a 10 to 15 min walk from downtown Sanford with plenty of restaurants/shopping/nightlife. A great dog park is a very short walk just north of the property. We are midway between Orlando attractions and the ocean.

Easy street parking right in front of the house. Walking distance to shopping district with great restaurants.
