“We had a very relaxing five-night stay here and would definitely return. The hotel is in a great location — although out of the centre (so quieter) it was really easy to get into the centre, with tuk-tuks costing only £1 each way on Grab. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. We loved spending time at the pool and having a massage. Our room was huge with a super comfy bed. Overall, a wonderful, peaceful stay that offered great value...

I was the only guest at the hotel during my stay, an atmosphere of complete abandonment. Terrible is a compliment! How do Hotels.com allows the registration of a scam like this? Outrageous and extremely expensive for the service provided. ”
