"Casual Elegance” at Sanibel's best-kept secret; Blind Pass. This is our jewel; a remodeled, professionally decorated and furnished, second-floor unit.

The kitchen is open style with a center island, extended cabinetry, and quartz countertops. It is completely outfitted with stainless steel appliances, premium accessories and cookware. The design blends seamlessly with the layout of the Living/Dining areas where the colors and décor provide an uplifting and relaxing atmosphere.

The master bedroom suite is spacious and soothing with a king-size bed and pillow top mattress to promote a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was redesigned, enlarged, and offers “His & Her” detached vanities with quartz vanity tops, backsplashes, and a large, floor-to-ceiling tiled, walk-in shower with a quartz bench seat at one end.

On the other end of the unit, you will find the guest bedroom and bathroom. The guest room is appointed with a queen-size bed and a quality pillow top mattress. Additionally, a trundle bed incorporating two twin mattresses allows for a more spacious environment while maximizing available sleeping area. The guest bathroom is also an enlarged design with quartz vanity tops and a walk-in shower.

The unit is equipped with cable TV service and is also outfitted with private, in-unit, high speed internet & Wi-Fi for general connectivity or streaming to the 50” LED HDTV with Smart TV located in the living area. The master bedroom has a 47” LED HDTV and the guest bedroom is equipped with a 32” LED HDTV.

A beach cart, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs are provided for lounging in style on world-renowned Bowman's Beach.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
