¿Necesitas un lugar especial para escaparte? ¡Esta magnífica unidad actualizada del tercer piso con hermosa cocina y muebles cómodos tiene todas las comodidades del hogar! La espaciosa unidad para no fumadores de 2 camas / 2 baños cuenta con una gran terraza con mosquitero con vista a un estanque tropical y una piscina climatizada, además de una excelente vista del Golfo. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con mostradores de granito y una estufa de superficie lisa. La suite principal tiene una cama king y acceso a la terraza filtrada. El baño principal tiene una ducha con asiento y cabezales de ducha dobles para una sensación de spa. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales, pero se puede convertir en un rey bajo petición. El baño de visitas tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Otras comodidades incluyen ventiladores de techo, aire central, 3 televisores de pantalla plana vía satélite, sofá cama Queen, ropa de cama y un paquete inicial de jabones, productos de papel y café. También disfrutará de su propio garaje privado con sillas de playa y sombrillas para su disfrute. Las toallas de playa están disponibles para alquilar o comprar en nuestra oficina en el lugar. Great location

Great location and everyone is so friendly (staff, renters, locals). Came for spring break. Easy access to the beach and lots of room on the beaches. With the island still rebuilding, lots of traffic, but you can rent bikes onsite which is very convenient.

The staff was very welcoming! The condo and the garage were easy to get into! Everything was set up to make everything convenient. The condo was a perfect 2 bedroom with nice bathrooms. The master bath had two showerheads! The beach was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay!!

Great beach access

Loved our stay. Comfy condo, on the second floor but appreciate the carts by the elevators to carry groceries. Only parking for one car and we didn’t notice restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and well stocked for cooking. Actually loved the lemon squeezer so much, bought one. We didn’t hear any neighbor noise and we did enjoy the pool.

Sanibel Vacation

Sanibel vacation

1st visit to sanibel. Beautiful condo and resort, right on the beach 🏖. Great restaurants in sanibel and on our visit to captiva. Only glitch was a communication breakdown with the office and some maintenance workers in our unit without our knowledge, problem was rectified over the phone. Looking forward to going back soon.

Perfect place to relax

Such a beautiful condo. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location - close to restaurants and right on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. The pool was warm and relaxing. Morning walks on the beach allowed us to see crabs, clams, starfish, millions of shells and dolphins just off shore. The only problem we had was that we checked in late and found that the 2nd bedroom was made up as a king instead of the twins we needed and there was no bedding for the sofabed. They fixed it the next day once the office opened. But apparently they only automatically supply bedding for the sofabed if there are 5 people in your group so make sure you ask for it if you need it.

From the moment I walked in, the smell of a fresh / clean apartment made you feel in paradise. Everything you may need is provided. It was very convenient having your own garage with supplies for the beach. The beaches were beautiful. My family and I were truly able to disconnect and relax. We can't wait to come back.

Clean & Spacious ~ Right on the Beach!

Stayed for 6 nights over Christmas 2018. Wonderful condo unit on the beach. 2bed and 2bath. Fully equipped kitchen and screened in porch. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend. We LOVE Sanibel Island. :)

I booked this property for a sisters’ getaway. There were going to be five of us on this trip and since it was my turn to plan the trip I was concerned about the space being too small. We were pleasantly surprised. The pictures really don't do it justice. There was more than enough room for all of us. It was clean and well-stocked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for us. My only critique would be to update the beach chairs soon. All else was fine. The location forces you to relax whether you want to or not. We are busy working wives and mothers so relaxing exactly what we were looking to do. Being steps from the beach was a plus. Everything you need is a short walk or drive away. The ladies in the front office were very friendly and welcoming. Pinchers Crab Shack is amazing if you are looking to dine on fresh seafood. We went there twice before leaving. We would definitely book this property again.

Serenity at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach

Love that this is right on the beach and it met all of our expectations. This unit is very clean, nicely decorated with just the right touches, comfortable living room, kitchen had all the things we needed. The grounds are nicely landscaped, and the heated pool is great. Lots of different kinds of birds at the beach, which is real low-key and laid-back (my kind of beach). Liked also how close this is to Ding Reserve and other sights. We didn't get a chance to use them but we liked that there are barbecues (charcoal, though looks like gas) on the grounds for communal use. Enjoyed a really relaxing weekend here. Will be back for sure!
