    The main level is open and inviting, with a comfortable living room framed by tall windows and sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light and Gulf views. Step out to the lanai for morning coffee, sea breezes, dolphin spotting, and sunset skies—this is the space guests remember most.

    Kitchen + dining:
    The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to keep vacation simple—quick breakfasts before the beach, snacks between adventures, or dinners at home after a day in the sun.     Main level: 1 Queen bed — ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or want extra separation from the upstairs sleeping areas. A full bathroom is located in the first-floor hallway.

    Upstairs primary suite: 1 King bed with a spa-style en-suite bathroom (soaking tub + rain shower) for an end-of-day reset.

    Upstairs guest bedroom: 2 Full beds — perfect for kids, teens, or friends sharing a room. A full bathroom is located in the second-floor hallway.

    Every bed features a Novaform foam mattress—a detail guests consistently rave about for truly restful sleep after beach days, biking, and sunsets.

    Toll to go onto Sanibel Island via the Sanibel Causeway is $6 for a standard 2-axle vehicle if using a transponder. If you don’t have a transponder (toll-by-plate) it’s $9. SunPass, EzPass and others will work for the $6 rate.

    May - October is Turtle nesting season. There are Amber lights throughout the community.

The location could not be more perfect- beach, pool, town all RIGHT there! The screened in porch and view were amazing and the complex was quiet. The decor was modern, clean and beautiful! We had a great time and already re-booked to come back!

Couldnt ask for a more accommodating vacation rental. Beautiful views, so well "stocked" and spotlessly clean ! Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

What a gorgeous condo! We loved spending time on the porch- the view is unbelievable. The condo is well stocked, recently renovated, and very comfortable. The location is perfect- easy access to shops and restaurants but away from the crowds. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived our hostess Caihlin was so responsive. The townhouse was absolutely perfect, it was extremely clean and well appointed. Have already booked this property again.
