The ocean view was fabulous. It was great to have the beach chairs, beach umbrella, & beach wagon provided. The unit itself was somewhat dated. There were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, closet doors that didn't close, kitchen cabinets with the veneer peeling and that didn't close correctly, the bed in the middle bedroom was so loud/squeaky that we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the primary bedroom. All other rooms were clean/tidy. The shower in the primary bathroom was out of service for the entire first week of our 2-week stay which was very inconvenient and it was embarrassing as all of our 5 guests had to share the shower in the small bathroom. There were extra bed pillows but no extra pillow cases. Kingfisher was called about this halfway through our stay but there was no follow up. The sunroom did not have blinds/shades which ruled out using the sofa sleeper in that room. Lastly, both toilets were very low, this was an issue for one of our guests that had knee problems. We have been renting at Pointe Santo for the past 10 years, always different units. We love the complex & beach, this was the first time that we were disappointed with the unit.
