  • Welcome to paradise at Sanibel Surfside #213! Listen to the sound of the waves from this stunning & comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Sanibel Surfside 213! The impressive entrance welcomes you into an open concept floor plan where partial views of the Gulf can be found from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. This beautiful condo offers an updated kitchen and appliances, new furniture & furnishings and all the comforts of home you could desire! The Sanibel Surfside complex is centrally located allowing easy access off and on the island, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and the bike path is right outside your door. The condo also comes with a covered parking spot underneath the building.

    Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4) & 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

    Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

    Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

    7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Great Location lovely family trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time visiting Sanibel and staying at this condo. We really enjoyed having a grill to use the complex was quiet and steps from the beach. The condo was well decorated and relaxing, it was very convenient to have an umbrella and chair’s available we had a great trip.

Beachy but not too beachy. very centrally located for shops grocery stores etc. Beach was very close. super clean very well stocked. I would have preferred the water in condo to be a little warmer. we called the rental company and they increased temp right away. also I think a note to bring your firestick with you to have a better choice of stations is a good suggestion. all in all excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, steps from the beach, easy access to shops, off the island and SHELLING!! Quiet and cozy - fully equipped and all needed for extended stay or week away from home! Highly recommended and stayed over a week and will hopefully stay next year at this location for several weeks in September!! SBL Vacations - property management company is exceptional in assistance and clear expectations of check-in and out. No true view of water, but if not a MUST on my list so the value of the stay was totally worth it!!

Very Satisfied

Very clean and well stocked property. Including an excellent variety of cleaning products is Very Nice especially when you stay more than one week. The unit is not overly decorated, something on every wall and counter, I like that. Quick response to TV and ice maker issues with both men very professional and easy to work with. The lawn/building/ pool maintenance is above what I have experienced at other rentals. The gentleman is detail oriented to say the least. Excellent value for cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the condo was lovely, although the porch furniture should be replaced. We had a few service issues but SBL was very responsive once we reported them. Sanibel is a beautiful island and we will go back.

All items were in like new condition. The covered parking and storage area was an added bonus.
