Surpassed our expectations! Can’t wait to go back. Communication was excellent and so many unexpected touches to make our stay so enjoyable. Kitchen was completely stocked. Highly recommend.

Very nice updated condo. Everything you need including a great "sand" wagon to take the included chairs, umbrella and cooler down for a day at the beach.

This was a perfect getaway for my 60th year on this earth! The condo is completely stocked with whatever you might need. The furniture was very comfy as was the mattress! We loved our time spent on the patio (lanai) and would definitely return. Great location to the pool and the Gulf of America!!

This a beautiful unit with a great view for the price. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A very quiet stay, which is always good. The only reason I didn't give communication with the host a 5 star rating was that I contacted him because we were having trouble with the wifi and didn't hear back. It wasn't a big deal, so we just let it go.

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially liked the beach cart and chairs that were provided. The property was ideal for us traveling with our two 12 year old grandsons. They each had a pull- out couch to sleep on and a 90inch TV to watch at night. The pool and beach were very convenient within 1 block walking. We liked how quiet and uncrowded Sanibel Island was. The shelling is amazing!

The condo was as described. Lovely, clean, well equipped kitchen.Wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai. Grounds were immaculateBeach a short walk from the condo. I would have given all 5 star except that the elevator was down for 3 days.

A Lovely place to relax and unwind. Unit was very clean had everything we needed and more. Really enjoyed our stay. Would very highly recommend this unit for your stay at the beach. The owner was very friendly and very responsive.

This is a great property just steps from the beach! Having access to a pool right by the shoreline was a huge plus for us. The unit was clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and very well maintained.I highly recommend reaching out to the property manager. Paul is extremely professional and attentive. His love for Sanibel is evident in the way he goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience. This level of attention really stood out to us personally.

Condo as depicted in the photos. Nice view, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Living room sofas and master bed were comfy. Lots of beach equipment was available for use. Easy walk to both beach and pool.

The unit was very comfortable. It was larger than other one bedrooms we have stayed in on other trips. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The wagon to carry our beach equipment was a big plus. And providing beach chairs and towels was very helpful since we flew to Sanibel. The large tv gave us a great view of the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics.
