Updated 3 Bdrm BEACH FRONT Condo only steps from the beach and the Pool!

  • Este espacioso condominio redecorado de 3 recámaras y 2 baños en SunDial East, ideal para familias, acomodará fácilmente a Seis personas. La suite principal con cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio tiene un rey. Además, este condominio para no fumadores tiene una sala de estar de tamaño completo, comedor, cocina que está completamente equipada para aquellos que desean cocinar, lavadora y secadora en la unidad, 4 televisores con cable, VCR y reproductor de DVD, WIFI PRIVADO solo Para nuestros huéspedes, lanai muy grande que da al patio, a la piscina, a la playa y al golfo de México. Nuestra unidad O-301 está a la vuelta de la esquina del ascensor y las escaleras y tiene estacionamiento cubierto. Las parrillas para barbacoa se encuentran a pocos pasos del elevador. Suministramos TOALLAS DE PLAYA, SILLAS DE PLAYA, PARAGUAS y juguetes de arena para los niños. Pak n Play y trona incluidas para los más pequeños.

    Nos hemos alojado en Sanibel por vacaciones durante muchos años y este fue el condominio más limpio y mejor equipado en el que nos hemos alojado.

    Todas las unidades en SunDial son de propiedad privada. Estamos ubicados en SunDial East, adyacente al SunDial Beach Resort, que es el principal complejo turístico de Sanibel y cuenta con varias comodidades; frente a la playa de una milla de largo, múltiples piscinas, bañera de hidromasaje, bar tiki, alquiler de veleros / kayak / alquiler de bicicletas, canchas de baloncesto y voleibol, áreas de parrillas al aire libre, actividades para niños y adolescentes y más. Algunos de estos servicios pueden requerir tarifas adicionales. NUESTRO CONDOMINIO TIENE WIFI PRIVADO GRATUITO SOLO PARA NUESTROS CLIENTES.

    Los alquileres son de 7 noches como mínimo y son de sábado a sábado. Consideraremos menos de 7 noches en temporada baja. Sin embargo, deben comenzar o finalizar un sábado.

Everything was perfect for a weeklong stay! The grounds are meticulously kept, the beach and pool close, and kitchen stocked.

Nice location and good part of the beach. Nice w the Tipsy Turtle just next door. Covered parking was also nice. Plenty of beach toys in the downstairs closet. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We found the property to be a great location, very comfortable with beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, all in very good condition- including a wagon. The walk to the beach was not too far and the pool was nice. The only area that could use an update was the outside screen balcony- the chairs were not that comfortable and there was only one lounge chair. The kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo very comfortable. Good location and very nice view. Beautiful beach.It would have been better if we knew about the closet with beach chairs in it. Also handholds in shower are important to add!

We had a great time at this condo on Sanibel. It was comfortable and had most things we needed. The pool was nice but quite crowded. The beach was spectacular and we used the beach buggy, chairs and umbrella.Location on the island was perfect - easy access to restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, etc. I will stay again.

My family of five and I including three kids, ages 16 and understate at the condo for a week in June 2026 and our experience was wonderful. Getting into the building and the downstairs storage area with all of the chairs, tubes, noodles and umbrella was very easy. The condo was mirror steps from the beachfront and the pool. The beach itself was clean and quite quiet. We even had a dolphin visitor one day on the beach! The condo offered enough space for our family of five to spread out after a day at the beach and we were very comfortable. We definitely will be back!

Sundial 2025

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf. The condo was very nicely furnished. A TV problem and A/C problem were quickly addressed taken care of. Great place.

February 2025 Stay

The condo is beautiful and clean. The “included” pool is not open yet, but the Sundial Hotel part of the property pool is open with a daily fee. There is a tiki bar over by that pool that was enjoyed by our family.

Sanibel Dreamers

It was in a good location. We didn’t find out the closest pool was not available until we had already paid in full, but the owner made arrangements for us to use a different pool. The Sundial Resort was impressive overall and had many amenities. We enjoyed the Shell Walk on Wednesday. Altogether, we had a lovely vacation.

Awesome Sanibel Getaway!

Great way to get away from the cold weather up north. This condo was spacious and clean. Just as described. Lots of extras that you don't usually get. Great communication with the owner. Just what we were looking for!

Well appointed and clean. The condo was a good place for our family to call home for the week. The kitchen and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Owners provide beach towels so you don’t have to pack your own. There’s a pool near the beach in the courtyard with easy access and wasn’t too busy given it being spring break season. There’s a storage closet on the ground floor with beach accessories including plenty of chairs and an umbrella, plus sand toys and boogie boards. Only minus was the condo does not include club amenities meaning no open access to the main pool or bikes. But had we not been part of a larger group, most of whom booked through the club I doubt we would have known. We had about everything we needed with out it.

Our trip was canceled without notice. I was then told to cancel the reservation myself. A tip came, owner did not want a negative review and wanted me to accept responsibility. So disappointed in entire process as well as Expedia

Spacious condo with all the extras

Wonderful experience! Large 3BR condo gave everyone their space. The extras like beach chairs, toys, towels etc were very convenient and appreciated. Wonderful communication from property manager. Location is close to pool, beach and covered parking a plus. We’ll be back and definitely recommend.

Beautiful Unit in Sanibel Island

Beautiful Unit for our first time on Sanibel Island. The pictures did not do justice. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer than the pictures shown online. It was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a very short walk from the unit through the courtyard/pool to the beach. Since we were on the 3rd floor, an elevator was a plus. The property manager also responded to me within minutes of emailing him. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we vacation on Sanibel Island.

We had a family of 5, plenty of space for us to spread out. Location as absolutely perfect, close to pool and beach and the main building with restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay!

We totally loved our stay at the Sundial and the owner was wonderful and extremely responsive. We had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and we had plenty of chairs and outdoor items for the beach. The condo was clean and I felt like I was home!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo! There was plenty of room for the six of us which was what we were looking for. The only small thing we didn’t like was the walk to the beach. That is only because we have been spoiled by our parents and their love of smaller complexes.
