We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to all our questions. The condo was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It was very clean, bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, showers were clean, kitchen had all the stuff we needed to cook some meals. Location was great, only a short walk to the beach…maybe 30 seconds. The unit’s balcony overlooks the pool. The pool was clean. The pool is nice to have but my wife and I spent almost all our time on the beach. The teenagers with us, 3 girls, used the pool several days. It’s not enough to lower the rating, but worth noting, that the only downside for us was the pool outside the balcony and the potential for noise. We were there over spring break so young kids were expected and some of them were pretty loud while using the pool. We used to have young ones so we get it, but the sound seems to travel well in that boxed in area of the pool. While sitting on the balcony you can hear normal level conversations from people on the other balconies that backup to the pool, so when several kids are in the pool doing what kids do, it can be kinda loud if you are trying to relax on the balcony. I will say the unit seems well insulated from the noise with the sliding glass door closed and you don’t really notice it when inside. We had a great time, loved the location and would consider returning when we visit Sanibel again.
