Le studio est très fonctionnel, complet, très propre avec une belle terrasse et 2 transats avec vue sur le Rhin et les 2 châteaux ennemis. “Tolle Wohnung direkt an der Mosel. Alles war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die hintere Terrasse komplett eingezäunt ist, so dass man den Hund ohne Probleme unangeleint laufen lassen kann. Bäcker nur einige Schritte entfernt. In wenigen Minuten kommt man mit dem Bus, der sehr häufig fährt, in nahegelegene Orte wie Beilstein oder Cochem. Immer wieder gerne.”

“The location is excellent; it’s in the pedestrian zone, a fairly short walk from the train station. I had to store my luggage at the train station because the apartment is on the 4th floor. That information wasn’t mentioned before I booked. But I learned that it is uncommon to have elevators in old buildings. The apartment was bright, well stocked and modern. It appears to be newly renovated and is very clean. ”

Sie haben uns die wunderschöne Wohnung gezeigt und alles ausführlich erklärt, in dieser Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden und vor allem auch sehr ruhig. “Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Modern Apartment. Olga hat im Vorfeld ein sehr hilfreiches Dossier mit sämtlichen Informationen zur Wohnung und Koblenz zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Beschreibung im Inserat passte zu 100% zur Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder! ”

"La experiencia en el check in fue buena, el personal fue muy amable y nos esperaron hasta las 9pm que llegamos. Tuvieron un detalle muy lindo de ponerme en un florero mis tulipanes sin haberlo solicitado. El baño limpio y todo funciona bien. Algunos detalles a mejorar: por accidente se derramó un poco agua limpia de mi termo en mi cama y quedó húmeda. Cuando regresamos, (pasaban de las 10:30pm) la cama seguía poco mojada y también el edredón, por la hora no había forma de contactar al personal de limpieza o de recepción para que lo cambiaran. Las almohadas un poco incómodas. El hotel huele un poco a humedad. En general bien. Relación calidad precio, me pareció un poco elevado, (el estado del hotel un poco viejo), compare hoteles con precio similiar mejores "
