The accommodation

Our approx. 40 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Quiet and sunny, right by the forest—perfect for relaxing or as a base for hiking, skiing, and biking.



The studio is on the fourth floor of a historic farmhouse—please note: no elevator.

Guest access

The apartment is completely private and has a separate entrance. You have the entire place to yourselves. Self check-in is available on request.

Non-smoking apartment: please smoke only outside.



Before arrival, we require your details for tourist registration via an external check-in form sent through the booking platform.



The local tourist tax is charged separately on site. In return, you receive the KONUS guest card for free public transport and discounts in the region.



Please leave the apartment swept clean at departure—we take care of the final cleaning for you.
