This 35 m² apartment in Simonhöhe accommodates up to 4 guests. Located high in the mountains and accessible via a winding road, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, offering direct mountain views, a cozy sleeping alcove for 2 more guests, and 1 bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a private TV, a personal dryer, and a shared washing machine. The apartment is fully accessible, both inside and out, and has a private elevator.



Enjoy the mountain scenery and beautiful surroundings from your private balcony. Relax in the shared indoor pool (open Tuesday to Sunday 8:00–20:00, closed Mondays). Below the pool, you’ll find a sauna and 8 lockers for clothing storage. The communal sauna is available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 15:00–20:00. A private sauna can be booked for an extra fee—please reserve with the caretaker at least one day in advance. The shared coin-operated washing machine (use for an extra fee) is opposite the sauna and accessible via the basement. Please note: Children under 3 are not allowed in the pool. Children under 10 may use the pool only when accompanied by an adult.



There are 2 shared parking spaces at the house and good public transport connections. Additional amenities include a shared table tennis room (daily 8:00–20:00) and a ski storage room. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
