“El hotel tiene 3 nombres diferentes en ingles y otros más en chino. Fue dificil llegar además porque está poco accesible. Cuando llegamos el cuarto tenia el aire acondicionado apagado y estaba incomodamente caliente. El clima se tardó mucho en enfriar a medias el cuarto, nunca estuvo suficientemente frio en varios dias. No hay caja fuerte.”

“I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas.
