We just stayed with another family. Great communication and helpful guide provided before check in. The villa is lovely. The best feature is the kitchen and pool area where we could eat together and relaxed. Highly recommend. Many thanks Martin, quick to reply to our questions and made our holiday easy.

Had the most amazing stay for our friend’s 40th Birthday! Martin’s villa is stunning. It felt like home for the week we were there. Very spacious, modern and clean. Absolutely love the dressing room too, lovely place to get ready for nights out. I couldn’t stay out of the pool either, it was lush. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Martin!

Great week away, Martin as a fabulous host, and rectified the small issue we had immediately. We loved the Villa, it had a great pool and also the kitchen was perfect. Plenty of crockery and cookware, and very close to town and O Beach. What a week we had lounging in the pool and as a bonus there were inflatables. Only think I would have liked to see would be, 2 more sunbeds and maybe better furniture on the terrace to the 1st floor. The Rocamar supermarket at the end of the road was great, it was perfect for almost anything, especially ice creams! We also went karting and to Pikes, really enjoyed the week. Martin is a great host and the booklet for what to do and how things work covers everything. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful spacious villa

We had a lovely stay with our large group of family and friends of our teen children. Rooms were lovely, bathrooms fabulous and living areas spacious and perfect for our large group. Martin very welcoming on arrival and the location of the property was convenient for our kids to go into San Antoni, as well as easy to get to beaches etc with hire car. Nice parking area and secure site with gorgeous pool area. We had a great stay.

Lovely villa

We all had a fabulous stay. The villa is beautiful and has loads of space. The pool and garden area was amazing, plenty of space and beds etc. The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac and not looked over. Shop at the end of the road came in handy. Loads of parking and very secure. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Martin for a fabulous stay

Can Sega

Really comfortable stay. We managed it without a car, although like everyone knows taxis are an issue. The property was ideal on all accounts everything was clean and fresh, with the cleaning services in house and for the pool very friendly. The property manager was very responsive when required. The property was enjoyed by all 7 of us and the space was more than ample. We’re all happy!

Family holiday

The villa itself is very lovely and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern.Inside the villa does need a little TLC and home comforts are tired and need replacing. The outdoor area is comfortable and the pool is lovely however again the outdoor furniture is tired and the master suit balcony did not have any outdoor furniture to enjoy. The villa owner was very quick to respond to us and sort some immediate issues out which was positive and these were rectified with no problem. We were also given an extended departure time which was a real benefit to us and the family. Overall the Villa is a stunning property and location was very quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay at villa and brilliant location

When we arrived was late due to late flight. We got to the Villa and we could not of asked for a better accommodation and location for a week in Ibiza. The villa was amazing and very modern and extremely clean and the host Martin was extremely polite and welcoming. This is the best holiday we have had and wished it had been longer than a week. Once again thank you Martin for the 5 star villa and would definitely book again and recommend to any of my friends and family.

Amazing villa and great host

What a great find - we had a fantastic week in this villa. Martin was an excellent host, great communication before we came and so responsive for any questions we had both before we came and after we arrived. There is a little supermarket just at the end of the road which has everything you need and a cash machine! Easy location to get cabs to and from - I recommend saying to cab drivers it is near Sa Soca restaurant which is an eclectic little family run restaurant a 10 min walk away. You can walk easily to San Antonio in around 25 mins but can usually hail a cab on the way if you need to. Lovely comfy beds, great showers and the master suite is truly beautiful. Thankyou Martin for an amazing stay!
