You can explore the village of Sa Coma and its surroundings on foot or with the four bicycles available. Enjoy the Mallorcan idyll in your garden, which is dominated by a mosaic water pool and a sun terrace. You can relax on the sun loungers on the lawn or on the sunbeds by the pool. A beautiful veranda stretches the entire length of the house. This covered area has a lounge and an outdoor dining area. The barbecue is practically integrated into the terrace.



From there you enter the interior of the house with its spacious living room with fireplace and dining area as well as the kitchen. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with a walk-in shower. Thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning, the house is pleasantly warm all year round and can be used as a holiday home in all months.



The charming Roca de Tejos farmhouse boasts a beautiful Mediterranean garden and pool in a pleasant, secluded location. The rustic property is located south-east of the pretty town of Sant Llorenç in the coastal belt. Thanks to the nearby road, it is only 5 minutes by car to the sea and great sandy beaches such as S'Illot or Sa Coma.
