A great, well-appointed villa with plenty of space. The newly upgraded pool looks fantastic. This was our first time staying at this end of Binibeca, and we really enjoyed exploring this side of the village — the restaurants and beach were just a short five-minute walk away. The area was very peaceful, and although we didn’t need any assistance, the hosts were very hospitable and welcoming.

Beautiful, spacious villa with everything we needed for 2 families holidaying together with young children. The new pool is absolutely glorious and a lovely temperature - our kids spent hours in there! There was plenty of shade to sit and relax, and all of the rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. Really easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The perfect location. What really stood out was how helpful Rene and Frederike were - they were incredibly kind when we had problems with the dishwasher and very accommodating of our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend booking this villa!

10/10 - amazing villa with gorgeous rooms and pool. The outside dining areas are amazing. It’s so close to the beach and shop / bakery / restaurants, you don’t even need a hire car. We couldn’t recommend more and were so sad to leave.

Enjoyed seven nights with friends at this excellent villa in June.We were a group of 4 couples and having the extra bedroom for luggage storage was extremely useful.The villa is located in a quiet area with nearby supermarket, bakery and restaurants.There was ample parking for two large cars.The pool was the highlight being a good size and having ample room for socialising. The outdoor seating areas were ideal for communal dinners and there was a large barbeque.We had a small issue with aircon units and the property manager attended same day to deal with this.The only slight negative was that the aircon in two of the rooms was not partularly strong and there was no aircon in the inside living room. There were mosquitos at night but with bug repellant and citronella candles they were kept at bay.The villa is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop with direct service to Mahon.Overall great trip and would highly recommend the villa for couple groups or families.

Great location in a quiet residential area

Lovely outside space for relaxing. Swimming pool on the upper terrace was fabulous. The villa was very well equipped. We loved the fact that there were restaurants, supermarket, bakery and bars within walking distance. The owners were very easy to deal with and responded quickly with any questions I had during the booking process. A lovely holiday with friends in a lovely location.

Beautiful Villa Calma

The villa was in a fabulous location minutes to a wonderful bakery and well stocked supermarket. Five minutes walk to the lovely beach although the pool and area at the villa was so lovely we spent most of our time there, the whole villa was spotless and had everything you could need to have a fabulous holiday ! Nine of us stayed and had more than enough room.

A great stay at this property, comminication from host was perfect and no question was any trouble. Property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space, and worked briliantly for our group. If looking to stay in the area again, I would have no hessitation in staying here again.

A fabulous family stay

We loved our stay in Villa Calma. It is a beautiful, spacious villa with amazing outside living space, we barely sat inside! Everyone enjoyed the pool and also the location so close to the beach, places to snorkel, swim and kayak off the rocks, the restaurants of Cala Torret and Binebeca itself. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful and gave us some great recommendations. We definitely hope to return.

The best place to stay in Binibeca

We had a week in this villa before we went to a family wedding! It really was a lovely place to stay - lovely rooms, several terraces to sit and eat, the pool and shaded area was perfect. It was so quiet, yet near enough to the beach, bars and restaurants in this little 'hamlet' of Binibeca! Would highly reccomend!

Great holiday

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Calma which is both spacious and comfortable. The outside areas are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ area and relaxing around the pool. Inside, the beds deserve a special mention as they are so comfortable! The villa benefits from a great location and is within easy reach of several good restaurants, shop and bakery. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to any queries.

A Wonderful Family Holiday

Villa Calma is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the owners was excellent and the Guestbook was informative and so useful. The kitchen is well equipped, and all the bedrooms are lovely and have air-con. We very much enjoyed the pool and all the different outdoor places to sit, relax and eat around the villa - we loved the barbeque area. Cala Torret is so lovely, with a supermarket, bakery and numerous good restaurants. Binibeca beach is just a few minutes walk away from the villa. A wonderful holiday was had by us all. Thank you.

Excellent Holiday

The property was exactly as advertised. We were a family group of 9 people ranging in age from 70 to 2 years old. The property was spacious and very well located with lovely views of the sea from the pool area. We did not need a car as the local supermarket, good restaurants, bakery and the beach were all within a 5 minute walk. As the villa is spacious our large family could easily find their own area to chill out or play in the pool with the children. Overall a really good choice for our family vacation.

Lovely villa and a fantastic location

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Calma. It is spacious and well equipped with lots of different areas to lounge and socialise. The outside seating was fantastic and our teenage sons particularly enjoyed the pool and the table tennis table. The beach is a few minutes walk away, as is our favourite restaurant.

Family memories made

What a superb villa to stay in on our first holiday with our 1 year old Grandson and family. You are within a 5 minute walk of both restaurants and the beach, but you feel like you are in your own little oasis. The villa is so well equipped and comfortable (the beds especially) which, I have to say made my holiday. There was plenty space for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. Our sons particularly enjoyed the BBQ area and spent many happy hours cooking some lovely meals for us. I would 100% recommend Villa Calma for your next holiday 🙂

Beautiful location, great house

Very nicely decorated and laid out house. Having the beach, local breakfast bakery and convenience store so close was great. Bambu restaurant is 0.8 miles walk and a must! Need to book in advance. Super owners, very communicative and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable villa

Lovely villa with great outdoor space and pool in a quiet and convenient location close to beach , shops and restaurants. Need to book restaurants prior to evening to guarantee a table and bamboo restaurant in particular a great spot for food or just cocktails. Owners of the villa very engaged and helpful and will assist with anything if they can .

Lovely family holiday on a beautiful island

Lovely property- there are a lot of steps outside so remember that if you have small children or elderly people with you. Close to beach, shop and restaurants but if coming out in main season pre book restaurants. Electric supply a bit erratic but that is a common problem on the island and we just got used to it.

A beautiful luxury villa with sea view

The villa is beautiful. All the fittings are stunning and the beds comfy, showers super hot and powerful. The pool is a great size and has sea views, and gets loads of sun as it is on the higher ground and not shaded. The hosts are mega helpful and easily contactable for advice or recommendations. A short walk to the village and beach (crystal clear water, great for snorkeling and safe for kids). Highly recommend
