Located on the island of Sant’Antioco, just an hour from Cagliari Airport and connected to mainland Sardinia by an isthmus, this villa combines comfort, nature, and adventure in an idyllic setting.

- Varied ledges for cliff jumping (3m, 5m, and 10m )

- Kitesurfing & Windsurfing : The lagoons of Sa Barra, Porto Botte, and Punta Trettu (15 minutes away) provide world-class flatwater and strong thermal winds—ideal for freestyle riders. Shallow sand water and the wind channeled in between the Sardinia main island and the island of Sant'Antioco create strong consistent gusts from thermal summer winds and flat water, a very secure spot for beginners and freestylers alike, with plenty of kite schools and camps around.
- Sailing & Yacht rentals: Discover hidden bays, explore the nearby Isola di San Pietro, or visit the Ligurian fishing village of Carloforte (also accessible via a 20-minute ferry ride)
- Surfing: local point breaks activate on medium to strong swells from W-NW forming a consistent steep, barreling wave over 100m on rock bottom are located a 10-minute drive from the house.
- Cycling & Horseback riding: Discover breathtaking coastal trails and secluded spots on Sant’Antioco and the nearby island of San Pietro.
- Rock Climbing: The dramatic 20m cliffs on the northwest coast offer a variety of climbing routes, from beginner-friendly walls to adrenaline-pumping ascents right over the sea.
