“We loved the place, worked out well for me and my two daughters, was nice to have a little extra space with the bonus room. I could get up, have my coffee and get ready while they slept in. ”

“We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“What a beautiful quaint property. Our stay was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. A quick car or uber ride to downtown Santa Barbara and very close to Montecito shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pat! ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this comfortable Santa Barbara VRBO! The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed for two. It had a fireplace,smart TV, and a shower with tub combo. While there was no A/C, the large fan provided kept the room comfortable. The space includes three distinct rooms—a breakfast kitchenette, and a guest patio. “The home was perfect for our group with six bedrooms and enough room for people to be together yet also have their own space. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Having such easy access to the beach was amazing as well. While we had a slight misunderstanding with the host regarding the guest policy, it was quickly resolved. The host was also very responsive to the minor issues we ran into during our stay. Overall a great experience and we would happily stay again!”
