“This house worked out really well for our family group of 7. Big kitchen, plenty of living space, three bathrooms. We enjoyed walking a few minutes down to the Shoreline Park and to Jeanine’s (30 minute walk) for breakfast. It was also great to have our family dog with us.”

“Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

“The host was the incredibly communicative. The property was clean, beautiful, and in a great location to a walk to the beach and playground in about ten minutes. Would consider staying again if returning to Santa Barbara and would certainly recommend to other families and relaxing beach trips.”

“We stayed in the house for 2 nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Eling Park. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for easy walks to access the sandy shores and ocean of Ledbetter Beach. There was an ironing board, iron and steamer which were all helpful in getting our wedding outfits ready. We were also appreciative that there were 2 well stocked bathrooms and plenty of towels.
