We stayed here for four nights while visiting our daughter. So glad I found this spot. Very clean and comfortable, and also beautifully renovated. Just a block off State St, so close to many restaurants, bars, and stores. Beach was a short 20 minute walk away. The bathroom had everything you’d need, and they even had coffee and tea for our use. Staff was quick to respond by text to any questions we had. Great place for a short stay!

We rented several units at this property for my daughter’s SB wedding and it was the perfect location! The admin staff were easy to talk to on the chat and responded very quickly when we had questions. The rooms were very well appointed and unit 8 was perfect for the bridal party to get ready in. I have already recommended this property to other brides.

Honeymoon Getaway

Besides it sounding like an elephant was moving furniture around at 2:00 in the morning 3 out of 4 days of our stay, everything was perfect! Its a short drive to downtown, walking distance from an IHOP, and in a really cute neighborhood that is great for walking around. We felt safe the whole time and were sad to leave. You also can't beat the price for the location. It is a little small, but for two people who enjoy each others company, its perfect! I am also not sure how the other units are, but we were in a room with a bathroom, king bed, and a space with a microwave, sink and fridge. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone who asks, and will be back!

Tight little studio

Very nice studio. The space was a little tight and the step out of the sleeping area is scary. However, the place is very well remodeled and high quality materials are used. We enjoyed our stay and was located in a very convenient location.

Cozy stay in a lovely space!

I had a lovely 2-night stay here on a recent solo trip to Santa Barbara. The bed is HUGE and comfy - I especially loved the super soft throw that I found in the closet. I also really loved the shower floor - the river stones felt like a foot massage! The kitchen is very basic, so I wouldn't recommend if you want to cook or eat in at all. But if you're just bringing home leftovers from enjoying the city's many wonderful restaurants like me, it worked perfectly! Management was extremely repsonsive and helpful. Wifi wasn't working the first night but they responded ASAP and fixed it as quickly as they could. Folks in the upstairs unit were being a bit loud and management reached out to them immediately and asked them to quiet down, which they did and which I very much appreciated! I wish there were an arm chair or somewhere to sit other than the bed, but aside from that I loved the place and would absolutely recommend.

Great stay!

We had a great stay - the unit is right in walking distance to all of the shops - and things in Santa Barbara. We could easily walk to the Santa Barbara Bowl, as well. Perfect stay!

Perfect little place

This is a perfectly charming little space in a prime location. We walked to dinner and brunch. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy and the shower was spa-like.

Beautiful neighborhood, close to State St.

Perfect space for a solo traveler! Large bed, beautiful huge shower and functioning small kitchen area perfect for microwaving leftovers and making coffee. Coffee pods were great! Though open to the street, there was a cafe table and chairs with a beautiful fountain for outdoor breakfast just outside the front for. On my visit, the room was wonderfully quiet. Keyless security was awesome and Uber always found me with no problem. Only caution I have for this studio is the large step (maybe 6 inches) between the bedroom and rest of apartment. It could use better reflective tape as I missed the step in the middle of the night and stumbled. I left the bathroom light on at night for the rest of my stay. But I would highly recommend this charming apartment that manages to offer everything you need in a cozy, modern space. Close to everything!
