Amazing House & Location

This house was fun to stay at! The location and deck views were amazing! So peaceful and tranquil, yet within walking distance to all the downtown activities. I highly recommend!

We loved every moment in this beautiful home!

Every now and then you come upon a home that you would love to live in forever! This is that home for us… It was perfect in every way! The kitchen was delightful to cook in -large and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and the real surprise was the magnificent porch and the view to the ocean and sunrise. The location could not have been better and allowed us to enjoy a wonderful walk to our favorite coffee shop on Canon Perdido. We found it very quiet and met our needs for walking as much as possible. Thanks to Lynn, who manages the property beautifully and to the owners who created such a special place for us to enjoy!

Cozy and Convenient

My family and I (husband, children ages 24-29 years old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cook and dinnerware to prepare breakfast and delicious dinners. The newly renovated bathrooms were inviting, clean and fresh. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, allowing us to all have wonderful sleeps after our full days of activity! The house is conveniently located for walking to town where we are at cafes, shopped and explored the local sites. The upper deck offers beautiful space to relax with a good book and coffee and to take in some sun that seeps into each room in the house. I highly recommend this house for a vacation in Santa Barbara!

End of August Getaway!

We stayed here in May, and knew we wanted to come back and enjoy every aspect of this home and the area for the last blast of summer. We had perfect weather. The home is so inviting and comfortable and every view is gorgeous--out to the ocean or into the lovely garden. We went to the beach a lot, and out to dinner almost every night, walking to State Street. Slept soundly and stayed and extra day!

Fantastic House!

We loved our vacation in Santa Barbara staying in this house. It has the perfect mixture of classic charm with great renovation. The house is much bigger than we thought it would be, giving everyone the space to relax on vacation in this great house! I would definitely look to rent this house again if I was ever to spend time in SB again.

July 2022 Stay

We followed the check in/out instructions, and found everything very easy. The home is exactly as pictured. Downstairs there is a bedroom and bath off the kitchen, a large laundry room with all the amenities, a dining room,, large family room and study with glass doors. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and another bathroom, a smaller kitchen with microwave, another family room and a beautiful outdoor space with seating and gas fireplace. TVs are in two bedrooms and both family rooms. There are lots of eateries, stores, etc. on State Street which is only a ten minute walk. There is also a small store a block away with carries a surprising amount of food, beverages, alcohol and convenience items. We had a lovely time!

Beautiful home in great neighborhood

This house exceeded our expectations in many ways. Beautiful home in great neighborhood, convenient to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Bedrooms were fantastic, Several rooms to just hang with friends. Incredible deck that you can see the ocean and surrounding Santa Barbara. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely stay again on next trip to SB!!

Oasis in Santa Barbara

This home was renovated beautifully, and the result is a home with character and style, set up to be inviting, bright, comfortable, convertible for various numbers, and the rooftop deck area has amazing views all the way to the beach. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen, great living room area, more screens than we needed, and landscaped for color. We walked to State street, shopped, ate dinner. We took the car to the beach. And I worked out at Gold's Uptown, an easy drive to a great gym with tons of classes compared to many. Loved it!

Great House for Girls Trip!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property as I absolutely love it! This time it was for a girls trip. All of us loved the location to be able to easily walk to downtown or stay in and enjoy the well stocked kitchen and amazing balcony views.

Such a Fun Stay!

I stayed here with my family for the week of Thanksgiving and it was such a blast! The house is so cozy and we were able to make a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner in the spacious kitchen! We enjoyed our morning walks to our favorite coffee spot and shops on State street. The walk down there goes by the beautiful courthouse which was one of my favorite parts! I will most certainly be back for another family trip! 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to stay for cyclists!

We rented this beautiful property for a week filled of great food, great bike riding and hanging out at State Street and the beach! The house has a great location, amazing views of the ocean and stocked with great amenities! We will definitely be back!

Great Thanksgiving in sunny SB!

Amazing home away from home making our Thanksgiving very special. This house is so special with all the necessary amenities for a family of six. We spent many hours on the balcony deck enjoying the few and the fire pit. I highly recommend this place !

Perfect location with AMAZING Amenities!

This property is not only beautiful with a great location, but the views from the balcony patio are breathtaking! The house was equipped with all of our needs to make us feel at home. Attention to detail in every room was very much appreciated! We will absolutely book this property again!
