Close to the heart of the village of Cerfignano, only 3km from the Adriatic coast, this single-storey villa can sleep up to 15 people. It makes the ideal option for a family reunion, group holiday or even an off-site working break. Guests are ideally located to explore the gems of Salento, or simply to relax in the sun.

The interiors are cool, with high vaulted ceilings. The open-plan kitchen/dining room also includes a double bed. This kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee maker. The second, separate, kitchen is also appointed with an induction hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also an outside cooking area with other cooker hobs and sinks. The inside dining area includes a dining table for 4 people. For meals al fresco, there are two separate shaded dining areas on terraces at the back and side of the building.

There are 6 separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms include a double bed and a single bed. The other four rooms have double beds.

Location
The property is less than a 5-minute walk from the historic centre of Cerfignano. Here, guests will find several good restaurants serving local Pugliese cuisine.

The famous coastal spa resort of Santa Cesarea Terme is only 7 minutes away. Visitors can enjoy thermal baths and fascinating caves. The town’s natural thermal baths attract visitors from across Italy and beyond. They are open from May to the end of November. There are some lovely beaches nearby, including the cove of Porto Miggiano (7-minute drive) and Bagno Marino Archi (4-minute walk).

For self-catering, the weekly market in Santa Cesarea Terme is held every Thursday morning. Here you can find the best local produce to cook at home. Otherwise, there are many excellent restaurants and pizzerias, as well as a dizzying range of ice-creams.

Not to be missed is the city of Lecce (40-minute drive), known as the “Florence of the South” and blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history, but also for its excellent food and good shopping.

The closest airport is at Brindisi. It is 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
