"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. We were left with cookies :)"

"Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back."

"What a delightful stay. The owners and staff take such pride and delight in their city and are quick to offer advice on places to visit. The location makes most destinations walkable. Their advice on restaurants was spot on! The only downfall was no elevator, but with the history of the building, it is understandable. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Hotel Santa Croce."

"This hotel ended up costing us way more as we had to take taxi everywhere. Not a good location and Florence had very limited taxi. Hotel didn’t have any amenities. Not worth the stay. "
