Everything was just as in the photos and descriptions. The pool was nice. What wasn’t nice was the fact that the person next to me had a dog and would let them out at four in the morning and everything echoes because all the doors go to the outside and if somebody goes down the stairs, it echoes through the property so I woke up at 4 AM every day. I know it’s a dog and there’s nothing you can do about it but there needs to Perhaps some sort of rules about it.

CONS: - Seemed like they were undergoing renovations although nothing was publicly announced. - Hallway carpets were pretty filthy/stained - Was told at check in there would be warm breakfast in the morning (and their website published “continental” but this was a Grab and Go breakfast. Only options: bagels, yogurt, apple or orange. - A fluorescent light was right over my room #212 so it was never dark. - A palm tree was up against my window, so with the windy conditions, it kept me up at night. - They key badges didn’t work on the side gate PRO: - Close to the beach - Rooms are spacious and have been updated - Affordable

The room was nice and big, however getting inand out of the jacuzzi tub/ shower was quite difficult being seniors. It was also a tad bit dark as the main lighting was high on the ceiling and only one bulb was working. And with no fan in the shower the steam would set the smoke detector off. When i booked the room the pictures showed a really nice room. Not the case here. Room was big yes, but everything was old, the couch was unsitable, too low to ground and sunk in the middle. However the main bed was very comfortable. The first night there there was a group of people that partied till 1 am even thought you have to sing a firm at check on you will respect the 10 pm quite time. But the second night was much better. Over all it was ok, would we stay there again...probably not.

It claims breakfast included, but what was provided was not that. There was bagels and they ran out of cream cheese. We asked for some and were just told they didn’t replace it. I mean if you run out replace it. Bagels was the only food and people had to eat them alone or with butter. We also heard gun shots one night while getting ready to go to bed.

I really enjoyed staying here, it's pet friendly and clean. They have a pool and Jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast. They have a fridge in the room really nice showers. The beach is walking distance

This was a pretty dirty hotel room. We brought our small dog and paid the $50 fee, which we were fine with. However, there was garbage both inside our room and on our private patio. The private patio specifically has bags of dog poop from the previous tenant and it was not disposed of. Flies were everywhere outside. Inside the room, I found garbage on the shelves and vinegar poured all over the coffee machine with fruit flies surrounding it. The bathroom had dried soap on the walls and hair from whoever stayed in the room previously. Luckily for us, we were only staying one night and basically just needed a bed for the night. Had we been staying any longer, we would’ve had to cancel and find somewhere else to stay.

Beds and pillows were horrible and the AC in the room was bad, made the room muggy even in the coldest setting. The breakfast was a disappointment, no juice or water or milk. They have a little store in there but you have to have exact change and they won't take a debit card. The shower was decent though

Homeless were living outside of the hotel property. Felt unsafe. Even the back sliders would not lick and a stick waa needed to secure the door. streets smelled really bad, like sewer. the floors in the eo rooms were dirty. There complementey breakfast was a joke.

Thia place was not just affordable but it was very nice to stay at. We enjoyed our breakfast choices. We were just bummed we came to late in the evening to enjoy the pool area which looked beautiful.
