Este 4 dormitorios / 3 baños casa se encuentra en una bonita playa de arena en el 23 Ave & East Cliff Dr. con una ruptura de surf en el frente de llama Santa María a. k.a "de Santa Mo" de Corcoran Lagoon! ¡Solo a 3 millas del paseo marítimo y los bon fores son una actividad nocturna divertida aquí! Smart TV y Wi-Fi en toda la casa y altavoces Bluetooth Sonos en la sala familiar. Cocina, comedor, y sala de familia todos tienen vistas a la playa y el océano. comedor tiene capacidad para 5-6 y 2 taburetes en la barra, mesa de café w / 2 taburetes así y mesa de bar. La habitación familiar tiene chimenea, Smart TV y DVD. Los 3 dormitorios arriba tienen camas de matrimonio y están unidas por un baño Jack n Jill. 1 de los 3 dormitorios piso de arriba es una habitación más pequeña (w / propia puerta) en el interior de los dormitorios 1 más grandes. Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during my stay, this was priceless.

walked in the front door and the view was breathtaking!! open and bright. beautiful new remodel… new floors new furniture new bathrooms… stunning! comfy beds… plenty of space for all the things. sitting on the deck felt like we were AT the beach but if you wanted to get in the water it’s just a short walk from the front door. kitchen fully stocked… didn’t need anything! washer and dryer a plus! hot tub was amazing! HUGE tv in living room… but the sunset was so much better to watch! it was so comfortable we didnt want to leave!

Review

There were 7 towels for 8 adult people so we had to purchase more immediately. Parking was difficult. The 4th bedroom was so tiny & inside of another room that shared a bathroom with another bedroom. It is not really a 4th bedroom.

Decent option for beach facing house.

Good location, house has basic necessities, but showing its age. No shampoo or laundry detergent. Parking sufficient. Beach access currently difficult as lake has grown to block path to beach, need to walk around to 26th stairs.

No beach access the only disappointment-wonderful home

We had a wonderful vacation with our granddaughters. One of our granddaughters stayed in the room that was connected to her mother's so that worked for us. We appreciated the beautiful views and the well appointed kitchen.

Absolutely Perfect

Beach house was a perfect place for me and my sisters. We had reminiscing to do. The patio and hot tub were the perfect settings. House was roomy. Bedrooms were clean. We loved watching people and their dogs run the beach. It was a memorable time for us.

Christmas with the Family

Plenty of room for 7 adults. We cooked daily breakfasts and most dinners, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Good communication with property manager. Great location and fantastic views. Thanks for a great base for our family vacation!

Vacation by the beach in Santa Cruz

This lovely house is located next to a nice beach, with gorgeous views. The large master bedroom is very comfortable and the two additional bedrooms are also lovely, with great views. Many restaurants nearby.

A pleasant stay but for hot tub

We wanted to rent an ocean view property and we loved that we could hear ocean waves all the time from any room, the house was gorgeous to live in, but we really also rented this property over a few other options as it also had hot tub. The only thing that put us off was hot tub was reallly old and only had lukewarm water..never hot. The owner was kind enough to send the maintenance guy over while we were there, but that didnt help. we wish we knew of this issue before hand, we would have defi chosen another property from our options. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the house was very well taken care of.

$MM View that’s Unkept & without a Host

We booked for a long weekend to host a family reunion, and right off the bat host was non-wavering in early/late checkout (but at this point at least they were getting back to us). When we arrived, we found that there were no Sonos speakers as listed under amenities, and texted right away, only to receive a response over 24 hours later. They apologized as they were being fixed, funny, maybe you should have “fixed”your listing too. In exploring more, our children found cigarette butts littered in the back yard and beer cans left in the bin of kids toys. And later that evening we discovered that the hot tub leaked (a lot). The pool guy confirmed the next day when he can by for monthly service that it had been this way for awhile and asked if we wouldn’t mind filling back up after every use. Finally, word to the wise that the listing was very accurate in that there is only parking for two cars and all other vehicles (even visitors) will need to find street parking. What it doesn’t tell you is that the street parking starts two blocks away. Amazing views, walking distance to beach (no beach access from house), in a great part of town that unfortunately is not well kept and maintained by any sort of host whatsoever!

Loved this house

This house was the perfect size for 8 of us. We had two birthday celebrations. One thing I didn’t care for is to go to the backyard you have to walk through our bedroom. The kids loved the high bed they slept in. We had perfect weather and the beach was easy to get to and it was beautiful.

Santa Cruz stay

The location is amazing, but the property itself is dated and needs an upgrade. Overall I recommend this location for a weekend surf or beach getaway. The host made the check in and check out easy.
