Beautifully appointed Seabright Home-walk to everything!

Looks just like the pictures- lovely updated house with lots of light, super comfy beds and the best part- 5 minute walk to the beach, Java Junction for coffee or Seabright Deli for the yummiest sandwiches ever! Very easy ck in process. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Minor thing- kitchen could use more knives, especially a serrated one to slice bread.

Clean, beautiful location.

Brothers stayed here for a quick men’s trip and birthday celebration. Easy drives to the Redwoods, the Monterey Aquarium. Oldster fun bowling, wandering the nearby beach & parks. Was a great visit in a great locale.

Great location!

This property was very clean and nicely appointed, but the location made it. It was within walking distance of the boardwalk, as well as a nice grouping of restaurants in the Seabright District, as well as a short walk down to the beach!

Great property, truly the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Immaculate! Contemporary finishes, great location 1/2 block from Seabright Beach, quiet area, parking was easy and abundant. Beds were comfy. Delightful! This is a gem!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! It was clean and comfortable with an awesome backyard. It was an easy short walk to the beach on a quiet street. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Santa Cruz Getaway!

This home is as sweet and as clean as can be. Skillfully and tastefully remodeled, the home is comfortable and well appointed. Guests in the ensuite Master Bedroom have a luxe advantage over the other bedroom, so couples may be drawing straws, but fine for parents/kids. We had a ball at the Boardwalk (walked there twice), the Pier (with the sea lions), and that delightful downtown for great meals and shopping. Very, very fun weekend.

Wonderful location - Comfortable stay!

My two teens and I had a lovely 3-night stay here. Location was ideal for walking to the beach, and close to restaurants, etc. Easy walking and easy driving to and from. Street parking only, which was tricky to find on a weekend day when the beach is full. Otherwise a beautiful spot and would love to stay again!

Great place to stay at SC!

Vacation home updated and very nice! We will stay here again in the future. We vacation to SC every year! Walking distance to beach and the Boardwalk. Parking spot in back for this front unit is small. We brought our Ford F-150 and thank goodness my husband knows how to park. Street parking during the day is packed because the house is close to the beach. But still giving our stay 5-Stars!

FANTASTIC place in FANTASTIC location

We are a family of four with two little ones and could not have had a better stay here. I have been coming to Seabright every summer since the year I was born and really think it is the best neighborhood. We stayed in this rental for over a week and had everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We could walk everywhere we needed and see the ocean from the living room window or the porch sofa! We were very happy to find this rental and hope to stay here for many summers to come.

Beautiful Home Near the Ocean

Loved staying at this house. Cute and fairly quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed and was in a great location. Was able to walk to some restaurants and to the Boardwalk and loved walking being close to the beach. Would happily stay here again.

We had a great week in California with this home being our home base for the week. The house was extremely clean, high end appliances and furnishings. The street felt safe and the home was a very short walk to the beach and a little longer walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Great rental!
