This was a fantastic place for our family trip to Santa Cruz. The location couldn’t be better—easy access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable for a family of four. We felt right at home and would absolutely come back!

Over all the place was clean, although underwear from a previous guest was found under one of the beds and some of the outside trash cans were full even though we checked in on the evening after garbage pickup. Bath mats would be useful as the floor can be slippery. Location and proximity to attractions is great. All the bedrooms and showers are up stairs so, this should be considered if a guest has trouble with stairs.

Daughter’s Wedding in Santa Cruz

We came for my Daughter’s Wedding in town. Since she was the Bride I gave her the Master bedroom. The AirrBnB was clean and well supplied. Loved the big kitchen and the quaint back patio. Lovely place to stay!

Property exceeded expectations. Very clean, well supplied, welcoming. One caveat: front door lock exceedingly complicated, be sure to get directions from management company.

House is in a great location just half a block from the beach on a quiet street. Host was helpful in answering questions. Very sweet little natural history museum right around the corner. Would recommend for families with children!

Needs deep cleaning & repair

Location fantastic. House is generally good. Large, great for a family stay. Very, very, very much in need of a thorough cleaning: door knobs, area around corners light switches, walls all very dirty. Truly with a bit of maintenance, solid, extensive deep cleaning would be an outstanding house.

The house was in a great location, clean, cozy well stocked with adequate parking on site and on the street. Easy beach access. The front door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. There was a small hole, with an outlet/plug, on the floor in the Living room which caused pain to one of the guests when they stood on it. Seems it should be covered somehow.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home in a great spot. Easy walking to seabright beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. Home is very 90s in it's decor but very clean, just a little tired. Beds were firm and again, amazing spot. Would totally stay again. Property management company very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has a perfect location close to just about anything you would want to do in Santa Cruz. Even walking to downtown was an easy 25 minute walk along an easy walking path that overlooked a canal. Could not ask for a better location. The house, as mentioned in previous comments, could do with some updating, but did not affect the stay in the least. Kitchen was fully equipped, and there was plenty of room for four adults and two children! Could not be happier with the stay!

Needs basic maintenance (not just updating)

I had read the place needed updating which I could see in the pictures, but it actually needs a lot of maintenance: dirty carpet, walls, leaking sink and dishwasher (lots of puddles and warped floor), garbage disposal not working, light bulbs out or missing in bedrooms, bath, living area. We had a linen glitch but it was resolved, albeit slowly, though it was the holidays. Location good, parking good for the area. Door lock/knob doesn't work well which they should describe in emails so you don't have to call to figure it out when you arrive.

Perfect respite

This was the perfect respite for a summer break. The location cant be beat and the townhouse has all of the necessities for a great stay! The house does want for a little updating, but that is not important to me in the long run.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was situated close to the beaches and restaurants were within walking distance. However the interior of the property was in need of som TLC. Carpets and upholstery were stained. TV had streaming services and worked well.
