“The property is just lovely and very comfy and beautifully equipped. Very convenient to Sebastopol/Graton/Santa Rosa. Although I didn't indulge, it was lovely to be offered a cocktail. Fully supplied with bath/beauty products, cooking condiments and seasonings. The garden is lush and must be even more so when fruits are in season. All in all a terrific stay and I hope to return.”

“Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival. ”

“The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!”

“This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again.”

“I stayed at Jim’s house during my wedding weekend with a few of my groomsmen and their partners. Big weekend for me obviously, and this house certainly contributed to it living up to the hype. We were welcomed with some snacks, wine, and a fridge full of beverages to our surprise—thanks again Jim! The property itself is beautiful, with great views of the vineyards and tons of areas to sit and lounge outside. The wraparound porch was awesome for hanging out too when we got bit too toasty...
