Bel emplacement, maison agréable.

Accès difficile (escaliers non prévu à la réservation). La maison est agréable et un bel emplacement mais équipement trop réduit, seulement 3 tasses, pas de lessive, pas de panière à linge, propreté moyenne.

Up on the hill!

Very comfortable, clean, view of the town, recently renovated unit, two floors ( 16 steps to second floor ). Enjoyable stay! Make note for anyone with mobility concerns, the whole property has stairs and some units have nearly 40 steps to reach them.

Climb the stairs to a great view

Pros: Convenient, quiet, nice view, well furnished and decorated Cons: Lazy service--not responsive, water pressure, chipped mugs in kitchen, coffee/tea not stocked, one light not working and two switches do nothing(?), beds too soft, Pool/Spa needs remodel, lots of stairs to parking lot(s) There were a few small issues, but they were outweighed by the positives

Accessibility Issues

Our group consisted of two couples in their mid 70's. Accessibility to the unit from the parking area was extremely difficult. There are many stairs and long walkways and no elevators. The unit was not as clean as the photos appear. The check-in was relatively easy. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, glassware, etc

Good location in Santa Fe

Property is located up on a bluff overlooking town. Easy 10-15 min walk. Unit appears to have been renovated nicely, but still had a bit of a funky layout. Biggest problem we encountered was an “open drainpipe/sewer” odor eminating from two of the cabinets in the kitchen. I did report this to management twice and they attempted to address it, but were unable to correct the issue. Other issues were very dusty air returns, only four spoons and coffee cups and ketchup packets strewn around a kitchen utensil drawer. These items are what led me to give only three stars. For prospective renters, I would make certain the kitchen odor problem is fixed.

Almost perfect.

I booked a unit and was called a month later telling me the owner wanted to stay there at the same time so I needed to get another unit. Kind of annoying, but I obliged. The unit we were given was decorated very appropriately in classic New Mexico style. A lot of things were great, but the place needed a once over. The air conditioning didnt work upstairs. They had to bring in two floor units. The upstairs TV didn't work in one bedroom. The lights didnt work in the downstairs bathroom. The filter needed chainging in the refrigerator water system. A lot of a little annoyances. But overall a decent place to stay.

Weekend in Santa Fe

The only problem we had was where the unit was located on property. We are all in our 70's and it was very hard to climb 41 steps up and down to get to unit, especially with luggage.

Lovely stay in Santa Fe!

The condo is lovely in a great location. The furnishings and artwork were beautiful. The location is great for walking to the Plaza and driving up to the ski slopes. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back and stay again!

A lovely rental overlooking Santa Fe. Walkable to the center of town and in a quiet area near the park. Would stay again.
