Cadocasa es un artista de propiedad de 2 dormitorios, 2 baño adobe casita en un recinto aislado situado entre el ferrocarril, la plaza y Canyon Road.
Cariñosamente actualizado en 2017 el hogar es una brillante y alegre, mezcla ecléctica de pinturas étnicas y contemporáneas, fotografías y textiles. El primer piso lleno de luz alberga la sala de estar, chimenea encantadora, TV LCD grande con DVD, sofá cama queen size, dormitorio con baño privado, comedor para asiento 6 y cocina bien equipada. Hay un amplio patio trasero de la cocina, con parrilla y chiminea para el desayuno y la cena y otro patio frente! El segundo piso tiene un área de loft con escritorio y sofá, el dormitorio principal y baño con bañera de hidromasaje, zona de vestidor privado con un segundo fregadero de tocador, y un encantador balcón para disfrutar del café de la mañana. La cafetería con refrigerador debajo del mostrador se encuentra en el loft de segundo piso, así como la zona de lavandería.
Ambos dormitorios tienen camas king size que se pueden convertir en gemelos según sea necesario. El estacionamiento reservado está situado en frente de la casita.

Cadocasa es un fácil 12-15 minutos a pie de la Plaza Histórico, Canyon Road y el Railyard para un fácil acceso a las tiendas, galerías de arte, restaurantes, museos y atracciones históricas.

Your home was the perfect place for our family visit. The casa is well equipped, beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Great location - walkable to plaza and railyard. We enjoyed our visit immensely and can’t wait to return.

Cozy & close to it all - Casa Amiga

Our family of four made a Thanksgiving road trip looking for wide open spaces and a cozy place to spend time together and landed on Santa Fe and, thankfully, found Casa Amiga. From our first entrance, we were in love: the gracious high ceilings and beautiful kiva fireplace, the comfortable accommodations, two porch areas for crisp morning air and coffee, the gorgeous ceilings, the extremely well appointed kitchen, the copious storage and thoughtful touches to allow us to hang coats, efficiently do laundry, and watch movies and play Monopoly together. The house was so clean and well organized and decorated that we wondered why we would ever stay in a hotel again. Casa Amiga was walkable to the Railyard district and Canyon Road, as well as the Plaza - and it felt very safe and easy to traverse day or night. A five minute drive from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had absolutely every tool and vessel we needed, as well as access to spices and other basic kitchen ingredients. We loved it. We were so lucky to have a surprise snowfall during our visit and it made an already magical place even more so. From a logistics perspective, the communication and check in process was excellent and efficient - all the data needed about the house was provided immediately. Highly recommend this adorable home for your next visit to Santa Fe, which I can already tell you won't be long enough, no matter how long you stay. Cannot wait to return!

Santa Fe Escape

Lovely well appointed townhome 6 blocks from the Plaza. Two patios with one perfect for morning breakfast and the other for evening cocktails. Enjoyed our stay and will rebook for next year.

Santa Fe Getaway

This property was the absolute perfect choice for our week in Santa Fe. The house exceeded all of our expectations - spaciousness, cleanliness, decor and the outdoor spaces were just as lovely as the indoor ones. We rented a car for our stay, but the proximity of the house was such that we didn't even really need it. Everything was within walking distance and that was the biggest bonus of all. This property will not disappoint!

Dangerous stairs

This is a lovely property in a wonderful area but unfortunately it has dangerous brick stairs. There are two brick steps leadind to the brick floor in the living room and they are hard to see and hazerdous. It is somewhat of an optical illusion because at certain angles it looks like there is one step or even no steps. Our first morning my sister didn’t realize there was a step and fell onto the brick floor into the living room breaking her elbow and her wrist. The brick stairs need reflective tape or something??? Needless to say, our trip was ruined. I hope the owners take action to prevent future injuries.

Quintessential Santa Fe

A perfect place to spend a week! The vacation condo is comfortable for a family or a couple, has a great kitchen set up and backyard patio and decorated with lots of Santa Fe charm. We loved the location because it’s in walking distance of everything- the Farmers market and the Rail Yard, the historic downtown Pkaza/restaurants and museums and our favorite locals tap room- the Brake Room.

Great Property

We loved our weeklong stay at this property. Everything was a pretty easy 5-10 minute walk away. There was ample parking at the property. The kitchen was well-stocked which was appreciated. Bedding was soft, ample and nice. We stayed in December so we didn't have the opportunity to use the outdoor spaces but there were two nice ones. There was some confusion getting there because our GPS took us to the wrong house so make sure to check a map. Overall, I definitely recommend.

Delightful stay Cadocasa Oct 2020

The rental property was outstanding! Perfectly stocked with necessities & amenities. Beautiful decor, lighting, & atmosphere. Very clean & well planned for travelers. We enjoyed each of the 3 separate outside seating areas. Kitchen equipped with anything & everything you can imagine or possibly need! We grilled steaks one night at the rental. Grill was clean & worked great. We also felt safe in this quiet housing community. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property in a great location

Beautiful and gracious. Spotlessly clean, and blissfully quiet. Lovely property with all amenities you could ask for. Photos are accurate. Excellent location,, near the Railyard Farmers Market and only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. Everything worked and I appreciated the fact that they don’t clean out previous guests’ bits and pieces in the kitchen, so had some foil, salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, some raw sugar ... kitchen was very well stocked — more dishes than I have at home! And five corkscrews to choose from. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
