Beautiful views from the deck and the large windows inside. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked at least one meal everyday so having all the appliances, tools and serving dishes was very appreciated. The only drawback to the house is there is a large amount of stairs to be navigated. You enter at a mid-level and immediately need to climb stairs up to the kitchen or down to the bedrooms. And, all bathrooms are on the lower level so stairs have to be used often. May not be a good choice for folks with bad knees or families with small children.

We stayed at this home for nearly 3 weeks and had an amazing vacation. The views from the deck are spectacular and the house is located within minutes of downtown Santa Fe and numerous hiking trails. There is also a plethora of cultural/historical sites to visit within an hours drive. The house itself is spacious and clean with many recent updates (windows, doors, floors, cabinets). It is well supplied with furniture, kitchenware, towels and bedding. We only needed to contact VRC staff once, but they were very quick and helpful with response. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home BUT not for anyone that has mobility issues because both bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms are on the lower level (15-20 stairs).

Glorious home

We adored this house. My husband wants to buy one just like it!! The views were spectacular of sunsets and sunrises. It was away from the Plaza, but didn't takle long to get to everything - and we found that a plus. Can't wait to return.

Disappointed

We liked the property. However, I left some cash, accidentally in one of the drawers. I called Molly, the manager, and she said the cleaning crew didn't find any money. That was a lie. She chose to believe her crew instead of t.he people that had just paid her thousands of dollars. She's a fool. She also left us out in the cold the first night there. We stayed at a different house the first night.. it was disappointing to say the least. Will not be back

Nice house and location

VRBO ReviewWe recently stayed at this house off Gonzalez Road in Santa Fe and had a great experience. The house itself is lovely, well-maintained, and of good quality. It’s in an excellent location—close to both skiing and downtown, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.While the house was comfortable, we did notice that the kitchen didn’t offer as many amenities as other rentals we’ve stayed at. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring some of your own essentials.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. It’s a beautiful property with easy access to Santa Fe’s attractions.

Nice location

Beautiful property and close to town but not in the hustle and bustle. Nice views. The house had everything we needed. The only drawback were the beds were not very comfortable. A memory foam topper would have been nice. Also no ice and no ice cube trays to make your own. This is why only 4 stars.

Lovely home near plaza

Great place!

They need to move the TV to a more central location in the den. They need to get a disposal. They need to get a real wine opener. For the price we paid they should invest in a 10.00 opener instead of that cheap .70 cent one. They need power outlets on both side of the master bed.

Nice Place

Love the location. Property was as it looked in photos. Great view and sunsets. Rooftop deck was a terrific place to hang out. Convenient to town. Suggest brighter lighting, especially in the kitchen.

Snowy Days in Late March

The mountain range views are exceptional. We ate breakfast and dinner in every day. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, we could not get the ice maker to work. Location is perfect for downtown Santa Fe and the Plaza as well as catching the Santa Fe Trail to the Pecos National Historical Park. Great house.

Views, views, and more views!

First thing people said when entering the house was “Wow look at the view!” Such a great house to gather a large family group or just a couple. Location was great, close to the Plaza and great restaurants. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Can’t go wrong staying here we would definitely return if possible.
