Our stay at Water Street Residence was ideal. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the Plaza and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. It provided the perfect base for exploring Sante Fe. Check in and check out were effortless and communication with management was prompt and clear.

Great Location

Great location, exactly what we needed for the work conference we were in town for. All restaurants and other locations we needed to visit were a short walk away. Property was clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing spot!

This place was wonderful! It was very lux (nice furnishing, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, extra towels, etc). It was very easy to communicate with the property management. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything! Would recommend and want to stay there again!

Great location for Santa Fe

This property is the perfect place to stay for visiting Santa Fe. It is around the corner from the plaza and easy walking to all of the sites. The unit is super clean, which was very important to us. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It was lovely, and check in and out was a breeze.

Incredible place

The location was incredible, living space was beautiful, bedrooms spacious and comfortable! Can’t think of anything we could have changed to make our stay better. We walked everywhere, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of space….would highly recommend!

Beautiful property in a perfect location

We loved being able to walk out the door to explore Santa Fe. The property is lovely and roomy and very comfortable. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next visit!

Celebrating Lisa’s Retirement in Santa Fe

This property was close to the Plaza and we were able to walk everywhere! Parking lot was within a block and easy to get to when needed. I would say there are a lot of stairs! Beautiful space and we enjoyed our stay!

60th Birthday Girls Trip

Loved this place! The cute neighborhood was walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Parking was also easy with the provided pass. The apartment was very large and well appointed. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. ☺️

Large Oasis in the Square

This property is GORGEOUS! And since you're right on the square, it's easy to duck in whenever you need a break and you have plenty of room to relax. The pictures are indeed accurate and every amenity is included. Can't wait to return!

Santa Fe Retreat

This property and the location cannot be beat! Lots of space, perfect for two couples with a combination of shared and private spaces. You are steps to the plaza and all the best galleries and restaurants. I think it would be good to have an actual parking space reserved, the reserved placard only works if there is a space available which sometimes is not the case. Loved it and would rent again!

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Santa Fe. The property was perfect for 4 women over 40. Only suggestions would be to add a few blankets on the sofa downstairs. Recommendations for grocery and alcohol delivery services

Great location.

Great location. Apartment is open, spacious, clean - but a bit sterile. Street noise is a problem at night. Everything worked well. Comfortable place for a long weekend. (Hand soap in the downstairs bathroom would have been nice)
