“Rick was a great host! There was plenty of space for our group of 15, and we could have easily fit a few more people if we wanted. The house was in excellent condition, and everything was provided and easy to find. Rick was very responsive in his communication, and there were no snags in the entire process. Would definitely come back again if in the area! ”

“Great stay here at this house! Was perfect location to walk to our event at Huntington Beach. Definitely a huge plus for location. The house fit our crew of adults very well. The smaller bedrooms had some pretty stiff beds though. And all the rooms could use new pillows as they were all very flat. But the location and size of the house made up for uncomfortable beds! Thank you for a great stay!”

“Do not go to this property!!! There was no communication with the host (which was a wrong number on the listing anyways) and they tried to pass off this house as having 6 rooms but there was actually only 3. RandomBeds in the living room and someone living in the space with us unknowingly! We didn’t even end up staying here becuz it was so sketchy. ”

“Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again.”

“Great LA location, beautiful house and perfect for families. The house was exactly as described/pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with new Nespresso and other appliances. The beds were all comfy and the house was spotlessly clean. The pool and pool area proved a huge hit - especially with the four family teens we had with us. “I loved staying at this property! The pool and hot tub were the best part! And the host was available if I ever needed anything! My only note was the check in process was really challenging. The code for the lockbox was wrong so I had to call and get the correct one. Once in the lock box, the key that had been put inside did not work. We were only able to get in the house because the sliding glass door around the back wasn't locked. But other than that, it was great!”
