“Muy bien ubicada El personal muy amable Las instalaciones perfectas Desayuno muy bueno ”

“The best thing about this place is the situation which is perfect for visiting the old town. However, the information they provide is misleading. They say parking is available. Yes, in the street if you're lucky enough to find a space, or you pay for a public car park. Also they call themselves a B&B, but it is really just a B as there is no breakfast provided. Disappointing.”

“This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Simply, you won’t be disappointed from location, excellent service and the most helpful and welcoming staffs. Highly recommended”

“The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades. We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel. The location was awesome. Right next to the bridge to Ortigia. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The staff...

“Good location, expected a Seaview but it only has that in the bedroom which is up a steep 21 stair sprial staircase. Well appointed, had most everything and was very large and modernish. Parking on site is possible which is great to have. Walking distance to Oritiga, and MANY good restaurants nearby. Had trouble communicating with the owner initially but pivoted to WhatsApp and was a breeze after that. Bed is comfortable and 2 AC units one on each floor means you are comfortable. Few minor...

“Fantástico! Tudo perfeito. Localizacao perfeita, anfitriões apaixonados por receber, bom pequeno almoço com produtos regionais e instalações imaculadas quer no conforto quer na decoração. Voltaremos concertezq”

“Totalmente recomendable. Bien situado, se aparca bien a la puerta. Aire acondicionado correcto y buen trato. ”

“What a beautiful boutique hotel! Excellent location in Noto. The room was so well appointed with excellent attention to detail. Staff were lovely and extra helpful (we had to depart at a time the front desk was not usually attended). Parking is available onsite which is unusual! Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend.”

“We absolument loved the room for our family of 4. The view is amazing and the staff is great. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and go to all restaurants and attractions. The only thing to know is that the parking is a few streets away and that they bring you to the appartment by car before going to Park your car. It was easy enough though :) overall great stay! I would recommend.”

“El personal muy atento y agradable, sobre todo en recepción. Las habitaciones muy limpias. El baño de la primera habitación un poco pequeño. El de la segunda habitación, más grande. Está muy cerca del Puerto y muy cerca del centro de Ortigia. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad para ser un hotel de 5 *. El parking justo enfrente del hotel, muy cómodo. La playa del hotel está al otro lado de ka bahía. Si vas en coche debes buscar punta magdalena. No hay ninguna indicación para la playa...

“Good option to stay close to downtown and very exclusive hotel. Breakfast is really good.”
