The outdoor areas are perfect for making the most of the Mediterranean climate. The terrace features a barbecue, ideal for preparing enjoyable lunches or dinners with your companions. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower for added convenience. The exterior stairs lead up to the lawn area, which is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing under the porch with a good glass of wine.

The interior is arranged over a single floor. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV and opens onto the dining area, creating a comfortable space for spending time together. The induction kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom also has a double bed and provides access to a connecting third bedroom with bunk beds for two guests and air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided if you are travelling with a baby. The house also has a full bathroom with a shower.

The house is located in Son Serra de Marina, a small and peaceful fishing village where you will find essential services such as several restaurants, a grocery shop and a pharmacy. Can Picafort is just a short drive away and offers everything else you may need. Son Serra de Marina beach has a mixture of rocks and coarse sand, shallow waters and a family-friendly atmosphere. You can also visit other nearby beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia.
