Welcome to this charming estate with total privacy. On the 15,000m2 land you will find only the donkeys. The 65m2 house has space for 4 guests and offers a kitchen open to the living-dining room, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. The 8x4m swimming pool (depth 1 to 1.4m) is surrounded with artificial grass with 4 sun loungers and a garden with trees with corners for a break. The town of Santa Margalida is 3.6km away with its services and restaurants. The closest beaches are Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina (9.6km). Free firewood is available for the barbecue. A welcome pack is offered with a bottle of wine and ensaimada, which is a typical Mallorcan dessert. Pets are allowed on request. Celebrations are allowed upon request. There is parking on the premises.

- The owner presents guests with an ensaimada (the most typical Mallorcan sweet), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).

- Household linen should be used responsibly. In the case of loss or leaving a piece in bad condition, the amount of 20 Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each piece affected.

- On your departure you will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and the crockery clean. In case you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.

- On your departure it is forbidden to leave any rubbish inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit (from 6 places onwards, an additional 15 euros per place will be withheld up to the total capacity of the accommodation). The properties that have a recycling system, it is compulsory to recycle the rubbish.

- Any breakage caused by the clients (glass, electronic devices, etc...) will be charged to the client, retaining the amount of the deposit and if the amount of the deposit is not sufficient, the amount necessary to cover the breakage caused will be claimed.
