"Un robo. Este hotel se quedo con el dinero de dos reservaciones. Cancele una reservación e inmediatamente hice otra para agregar un día extra a mi estancia. Y aunque permitieron la cancelación de la primera, no devolvieron el dinero. El gerente me dijo que Orbitz podia arreglar el problema, pero cuando Orbitz y yo lo contactamos por escrito, salió con que la penalidad era del 100% por cancelar y no autorizo el reembolso, y se quedaron con el dinero de las dos. También me dejaron fuera de la habitación un día antes y tuve que demostrarles que mi reservación activa tenia un dia extra para que me reactivaran mi llave. Me pase días mandándoles información para que arreglaran el problema con la agencia Orbitz, y al final de todos modos se quedaron con el dinero. El peor servicio al cliente que me ha tocado."

"We stayed here seven days in late April. The location is ideal. Close to the Zocalo, café shops, retail shops, restaurants, 20 de Diciembre market, museums and many other places. They are all within walking distance. During the weekend it could get noisy as there is a bar/club nearby. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The beds are comfy and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Especially since the weather was in the 90's the entire week we were there. For those who have physical limitations please be aware there is no elevator for rooms in the 2nd and 3rd level. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a double bed room, we were upgraded to a junior suite. That was nice of them. The room was larger but I have a feeling this was one of the rooms that was not upgraded yet. There was construction above us, not huge deal since we spent most of our time out of the room. But I'm sure if we were there more time it would have been a problem. I would recommend this hotel if you like being close to main area of the city and don't need a car."

"I love this hotel because is away from the chaos of the city and at the same time is just 10 min away walking distance from the main plaza ! The staff are always there to help with a smile and the food is delicious at the restaurant! This is my second time here and I definitely will come back !"
