We had a great time in Santa Rosa Beach. Great location, easy to bike or golf cart to beach and restaurants. Huge, open kitchen good for big group! Clean! Property manager was available and overall easy rental process

Great location, amenities & beautiful house

Early communication with Shawna on what do to when in town, what the house has and what to bring which were all very helpful. The house was super clean and updated. Open floor plan with plenty of room. (If you are tall then bonus because all the doorways are high). The beach is a short walk but there are bikes and a golf cart to take if you wanted. A couple of public entryways that are super close. Also they have beach chairs and beach umbrellas for use (&towels) The pool and outside grill were great and ready for use. We walked a lot on our trip, plenty of sidewalks if you don’t want to take long walks on the sand. Plenty of places to eat and shop that are in walking and short driving distances. The beach was phenomenal, clear water with white sands! Overall (as you probably guessed), I highly recommend!

Beautiful house but zero understanding with sickness

We rented this house for a week. Paid extra for heated pool, golf cart and bikes. Our autistic son got sick the day after we got there. Didnt touch the golf cart, used 1 bike 1 time and left the next day. Asked to please consider a partial refund since we were hardly there. We got a tiny bit back for pool heating...thats it. I would have hoped for a more significant refund due to our circumstances. Nothing!

Beautiful home!

My family and I picked to stay at this property for our annual summer vacation and it was the right decision. So far, this home was one of the best homes we've been privileged to rent for a summer home vacation in Destin/30A area. It's a beautiful clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is within walking distance to the beach. We will most definitely be renting the property again!

Best vacation ever

Having my children & grandchildren all together in one house was a grandparents delight. Everyone was comfortable in the house & the patio/pool/spa was a great evening gathering place. House great. Pool small. Problem with too few utensils and plates immediately addressed by management. Wish we could have adjusted jets in hot tub ourselves. House really nice. Greatly appreciated the bedding, furniture, etc. Management was 100% responsive to our few requests.

Wonderful place for a family getaway

We stayed between Christmas and New Years and loved everything about it. The location is perfect, the house is gorgeous and the property manager was helpful and responsive. The kitchen is beautiful and ideal for cooking family dinners and the patio with the grill, seating and spa room is a great gathering place to grill and chill. We walked down to the beach and took the golf cart for ice cream. All ages had a blast. We hope to go back again!

Most Beautiful Location

My husband and I visited for five days for our destination wedding and reception. It was the most beautiful place located so close to the beach couldn’t have asked for a prettier scene. The golf cart included was a lifesaver for shuttling wedding party guests back and forth. Management was excellent with any issues or concerns we had, however there were hardly any. I would suggest this home for anyone who is looking for a beautiful crisp clean classy place to stay.

Perfection!

This house was just perfect. We stayed with 2 other families and there was room enough so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was amazing and we used it a lot. The outdoor area was great as well! The cocktail pool was a perfect size for the kids - we enjoyed it daily. The beach was not too far away but it would have been a cumbersome walk with all the gear. The golf cart was really nice to have. Communication with the property manager was super fast & helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The perfect family beach trip

Our overall experience was perfect, easy, and beautiful! The location is very close to the beach. The golf cart included was so nice, especially with having 4 small children in our group. The bikes also were great. The beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome and a huge perk to have for our family. Kitchen is great for hosting a big family and had everything we needed to make meals at home. Pool was perfect! We loved the parking in garage and driveway since we had 3 vehicles. My sister & I rented through crib connections for some baby items and the lady was super sweet and the entire process was easy for delivering to the house. Property manager’s communication was always quick and excellent. We just thought the floors could be cleaned better with having little ones their knees and feet were black but overall everything else was clean when we entered. We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 babies and the house was plenty spacious! It was VERY hard to leave this beautiful home & beach. Thank you for providing a beautiful home with everything we needed plus more!
