Great location convenient to shopping at beaches

Houses is conveniently located close to 30A, very convenient to beaches and shopping. The house is has great craftsmanship and very nice furnishings

From the moment I booked the trip up to leaving, they were very accommodating and helpful! They made us feel like it was really home away from home. We will totally stay in another one of their properties again!

Pleasant Stay

Benchmark Management, property management company, was easy to deal with and very helpful. The location of this property is great in terms of proximity to things to do at Seagrove. Be aware that beach access requires some planning. It is an easy bike ride away, but there is no close parking. The property fronts Lakewood Dr which can be fairly busy but it is still pleasant to sit on the front porch or front balcony. There is a very small backyard which has old and uncomfortable furniture which was unusable for us. Also, it was overgrown with weeds and was not a pleasant place. Also, the small backyard of the house behind is very close, so really no privacy. The house itself was nice but needs some maintenance. I have documented a curling rug corner which is ugly and a tripping hazard, sticky and dirty mat in front of the sink, bathroom towel racks that are about to fall off the wall, and loose toilet paper holders. I am passing all of these items along to Benchmark Management to address. Assuming they are addressed, we would stay at this property again.

Beautiful home, responsive service, excellent location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 8 truly enjoyed our stay at 3 Mermaids Haven, and would book the property for another vacation in the future! The pictures accurately represent the property and it was well appointed and felt fairly new. The kitchen was stocked with lots of silverware, plates and great quality pots. We enjoyed the beach wagon, chairs and boogie boards that were at the house.The location was excellent - an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, or a quick bike ride, or quick drive if you were lucky enough to get a parking space near the beach. The pool was large and beautiful. There were a couple of cafes and restaurants within a quick walk of the house. We had a fantastic time!When we first arrived, the air conditioning was not cooling very well on the first floor, but we called the property management company and they sent someone out to fix it within an hour, which was great. We also noticed that a window was broken when we arrived and reported that, and it was fixed later in the week during our stay. We appreciated how responsive and easy to communicate with the property management company was. I also appreciated all of the communication from them leading up to our stay.The only small concern I had was that one towel and one sheet set had some stains. However, everything else was very clean. We were very satisfied with our stay and hope to return!

We have stayed at many different properties along 30A and this house was by far our favorite house and favorite location so far. Benchmark Management is so organized, responsive and easy to work with and made this vacation a dream. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was a quick walk or bike ride to the beach and we loved the 5 minute walk to Beachy Bean Coffee also. Highly recommend!

The rental had a wagon to help carry your belongings to the beach. Without the wagon, it would have been hard to walk everything down in one trip. The house was a short walk away from coffee/donuts/breakfast/ice cream. Pool was great and easy to get to. We look forward to going back and would definitely recommend 3 Mermaids Haven for a stay.

Great Beach House

The house is lovely. The pictures look exactly like what it’s like! Very accurate. Highly recommend renting a golf cart. The walk is tough for little ones. We had our golf cart delivered to us and picked up. Couple things - There is a trundle under one of the bunk beds so the bunk room actually sleeps 5 kiddos. Most of the bedroom doors are squeaky so if you have an early riser bring some WD-40. The doors really need to be greased. If you are looking at this house, you likely have 8-10 people…one roll of TP per bathroom doesn’t cut it. :) The kitchen is well equipped but there are no “extras left by other people” like dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, dryer sheets, soap, etc. We’re used to having some extras and we just leave ours too but there weren’t any provided in this home. Also, no closet with beach toys or tubes, etc. It’s not a problem at all, just be prepared to bring everything! Construction going on around this home. Lot next to home is empty so be prepared as it’s a fairly new neighborhood. Workers begain work around 8am. This house sits on main road. Overall, we loved the home. I do not think we’d rent again because of the location but it was a great trip.
