This multi-level home is within walking distance of Gulfview Heights Beach Access, the nearest public beach access in the area, and is also close to fantastic local attractions, including Grayton Beach State Park, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Pilcher Park, Club LA, and Windswept Dunes Golf Club. Find endless dining options and coffee shops along the 30A.



    This coastal charmer has its main living area located on the second floor with a beautiful coastal-themed open floor plan. Wind down in the inviting living room, offering welcoming sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, surprise your group with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Keurig and drip coffee makers available! From here, you can easily access one of the home's balconies where numerous chairs await. This offers a wonderful spot to unwind with a refreshing beverage after a delicious splash in the community's heated outdoor pool. Discover a private bedroom and a laundry room with a washer/dryer on this level as well. The ground floor houses three additional bedrooms, each one with a smart TV. The upper floor enjoys a beautiful loft that is perfect for reading and unwinding. This level hides a second balcony with partial views of the ocean.

    This home is snowbird-friendly from Jan - Feb.

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No parties allowed.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Complimentary Beach setup included (two chairs/one umbrella- Available seasonally, March- October) and exclusive Private Beach Access for guests of this home.

Very nice home to enjoy family time at the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (just couldn’t find a pot holder), loved the empty pantry closet-lots of rentals don’t have space for snacks. We enjoyed the pool right across the street. We had a drainage issue in a bathroom right when we checked in. I texted the host and someone was at the door in a couple of hours. No other problems after that! Even the weather cleared up for us!

This house was perfect for our trip to the beach! 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was very nice to have traveling with infants. Many great restaurants in walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying at Serenity Now!

Blocks from beach with an easy walk, house was in great condition and exactly as described in text and picture. Wonderful family vacation.

Great location!

We had a great time, enjoyed local restaurants, and the short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and with 9 of us staying and showering, we never had to deal with cold showers.

Perfect!

A beautiful property with close access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Property owner was informative and attentive before and during our stay. My wife and I would reserve this house again.

Great Place To Stay!!!

Our family had an amazing time while staying at this property. The location is perfect and it has easy access to gorgeous beaches and fantastic restaurants. The quaint community is very welcoming and family oriented. The property itself was very spacious and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property and have already booked our next stay!! It's perfect for a fun family vacation!

Beautiful cottage, great location!

My family has vacationed in this area for years, and this cottage is one of the best we have visited. The cottage is clean, well appointed and best of all on the south side of 30A and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the ocean view from the upper deck as well as the community pool. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Great house, great location

The house was great. Nice views of the gulf from the upper level, plenty of room for everyone, short walk to the beach, ice cream shop right across the street, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the owner is very friendly and responsive.

Great Week on 30a

We had a great week at Serenity Now. The house was beautiful and Kelley was a great host. We were two families, four adults and four kids total and we had plenty of space. The house was a very short walk to the beach which was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Family House

This house was perfect for our 9 family member annual beach trip to 30A. The location was so close to the beach with an ocean view from the top deck. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions.
