Main floor is open floor plan with large living and dining areas and screen porch overlooking pool, one of 3 pools. Steps to tennis courts, 5 min. walk to the beach, shops and restaurants all within Gulf Place for your enjoyment. One queen size bedroom located on the first floor with private deck. upstairs there is large master suite, king bed, private deck that overlooks pool and renovated master bath. There is also a desk for those who may want to work for a few days. Second bedroom has king bed and private bath as well.

The family room is on the first floor and boast of open floor plan with screen porch that overlooks the large lagoon pool. The sofa in the living area has a very comfortable roll away bed (queen bed) for additional sleeping space. There is another porch on front of home for outdoor enjoyment. Tennis courts are 20 steps from home.

The home is professionally decorated with overstuffed sofas and chairs. There are Flat screen T.V.'s in living area, master suite, and 2nd master bedroom. All T.V's have DVD players as well. Loads of family games and books in living area. The kitchen has been totally renovated and is equipped with all the essentials for those family meals. There are 5 to 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and assortment of beach toys, located on screen porch for your use.

Within the lovely Gulf Place community, you can visit the boutique shops, dine at the restaurants or relax at the Internet Cafe. There are also walking and biking trails, shuffleboard, tennis courts, large open play field for kids, concerts on the green every weekend and three deeded beach accesses. It is a community you never want to leave.

Come relax and never have to move your car. However you may want to visit the largest outlet mall in the USA. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only six miles west. Baytowne Wharf is five miles away - and Destin is nine miles west. There is so much to do, and we look forward to having you stay with us.
