    This stunning 5-bedroom vacation home is perfect for families of all sizes!

    With three adult bedrooms (king size bed in each), one children's bedroom (with two full beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

    The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

    Amenities include:

    - 6-seater golf cart included
    - 4 bikes (w/ locks) included
    - 6 backpack beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, beach toys/games and beach wagon included
    - high-speed wifi internet
    - smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room for streaming
    - community pool access (located right behind the house)

    RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY

    • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

    • Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to check in. Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less from check in.

    • Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date

    CHECK IN IS 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST

The house was the perfect setup for our family and the golf cart was great for visiting the beach, restaurants and shops on 30A. Matt is the perfect host and very responsive.

We absolutely loved it. It was very spacious and absolutely loved having two large washers and dryers. The place was beautiful and very clean!! Would recommend it.

Great stay and great host!

I booked this place for my family. It was a perfect stay for us! It's very close to the beach, and it has a pool, which was great for the kids. The host was very responsive as well, and he was very accommodating to our needs! I would stay here again!

Great home and stay

Highly convenient stay. Across the street from beach access only a 5min walk. Host was responsive and home was great to house all our family and friends for the week. Would stay again!

Charming Coastal Home

We were very impressed with the home. It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The location of the home was ideal. It was close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Added bonuses were the bikes and golf cart. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and place is much bigger than we thought. Great space for a big family or two. Pool is nice to have close by and just a quick easy walk to the beach. Great location with easy drive to restaurants and grocery store too.We would definitely stay there again.

We celebrated my daughter's 30th Birthday on 30A. The house was perfect for our group. The beach chairs, umbrella, and golf cart were a nice amenity. Old Florida Fish House, Red Bar, and Pizza from Brozinni's Pizzeria was fantastic! Matt was quick to answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. Great Trip!

Great Stay

We loved the house and close proximity to the beach! The pool was nice and warm and perfectly located right out the back door. Our crew of 10 made great use of the golf cart and bikes which were helpful to explore the nearby areas. We will definitely be back

Great Location

Beautiful home in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. The community pool is also located just behind this property. The host was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with regarding any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent beach house and location!

This was a great house for our fall beach trip! The house is very clean and well- equipped. We liked the layout with the kids bunk and singles on the 3rd floor for our teenagers and the den and kitchen fit everyone nicely. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach.

The house was absolutely beautiful and was in a wonderful location! The owner of the house, Matt, couldn’t have been nicer and easier to work with. This house is perfect for groups, would definitely recommend it and stay here again!
