Wonderful house!

This was our third time staying at "White Magnolia". It is the absolute BEST home we have EVER rented. Centrally located to all 30A beaches/ towns, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you need. Will absolutely stay here again and again and again.

We had the most relaxing, relaxing time!

We absolutely loved our state magnolia… It was such a huge space. We honestly didn’t even need that much room, but we love being able to spread out. It is walking distance to the beach, however there’s no parking at that access so we would drop everything off, Bring the car back to the house and then walk back to the beach… Which was nice so that we could come and go as we wanted through the day. We loved the restaurants nearby… It was a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything. Also, the home is incredibly clean. We did wish for thicker comforters, but they let us get extra bedding to make it a little warmer at night. We would absolutely come back again!!

Mom’s Birthday

The house is absolutely stunning!!! The walk to the beach is a breeze.we did rent golf carts which made our visits to Seaside much easier. The bike ride to Seaside was nice too. Perfect location!!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Great Location

We love this area of 30A. We usually book a place on the water, but decided this time to try something different. The house was beautiful. It was close to Seaside and all our favorite shops. The neighborhood was a nice quiet place to rest.

Perfect for a family and friend getaway!

Fabulous 5-night stay at Magnolia house. Wow! My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. Everything you need for a wonderful respite plus some! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of decks or little places to get away to for a quiet moment alone or a chat with your company. We will be back!

Beautiful House in mid 30A

The house was impeccable. Perfect for two 5 person families. Our teenage and young adult kids loved the swinging beds on the upstairs balcony. Bed’s were comfortable and the styling was perfect for the beach. We arrived early and Kemp accommodated us. The beach is across the street. Restaurants nearby. 1.5 miles to Seaside/Watercolor and 5 miles to Rosemary/Alys Beaches. We covered them all. We had a great time. We shall return.

Gorgeous home

The home was gorgeous, and it was beautifully decorated! We were close to the beach where we could walk or ride our bikes. We rented a golf cart which was great for dropping off heavy items and transporting out 83 year old mother. Someone would park it at the house and ride a bike to the beach. . Close to restaurants and shopping! We could ride the golf cart to most places such as grocery, restaurants, and shopping! Enjoyed our visit!

Great Stay in Seagrove!

Our group of 9 had a great stay at White Magnolia in June. The house exceeded expectations - design, layout, space, and location were all exceptional. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils/grill tools that you could ever need. Just a 5 minute walk to the public beach access, and the community pool was only a few steps away. The property manager was great to work with, and even sent a one-shot code to get in when we arrived almost 2 hours early. It was a great place to make memories with our friends and family!

Beautiful home! Great Location!

I am a frequent VRBO renter, and I will say this is one of the nicest homes we have rented. Everything was perfect! It is large and spacious and well appointed. I have never stayed in a home with a kitchen so well stocked. We had two married children staying with us as well as two of our teenagers and there was plenty of room and so comfortable. When I rented this home, I looked at 100's and not being familiar with the area I can tell you we were pleasantly surprised when we got there at how close to the beach we were. The access is just down the street and the three beach wagons they have make getting to the beach so easy. Having the bikes was a big plus as it makes getting around so easy. The bike path is just four houses down and it is an easy 2-mile ride into Seaside which we did every day. The management company is responsive as we needed the ADT alarm that was beeping fixed. They are easy to work with. The house was VERY clean. Some reviews had added that the bunk room was small. The bunk room is exactly as described just a bunk room. It is not meant for hanging out just sleeping and was perfect for our teenager and I am sure it would be great for all age children and teens. There are plenty of spaces and decks to hang out in the house so I think that the space was great and well used. The bottom line is this house is GREAT! The nicest in the neighborhood and a great location. You will be happy if you stay here. The only negative is that the home could use a few blankets in the closets as it did get chilly a few nights and I looked for some but could not find any. We ended up simply turning the heat up and were fine. But a few blankets for cooler months would be nice. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amenities Galore

As if the house wasn’t gorgeous enough the bikes, beach chairs, and beach carts were amazing amenities. There were even umbrellas if needed. The close access to the public beach made the location fantastic especially for the teens. The pool just a couple houses down was also very convenient. The branded soaps in the bathroom smelled amazing and have a very high class feel. Our entire family commented that this was one of the most comfortable houses we have stayed at. All the teens appreciated being able to have some of their own space. I will say that the bunk room was a little cramped for 3 teen girls but that was the only downside. It would be perfect for younger kids. All in all a gorgeous, well appointed and comfortable high end feeling house.

Wonderful visit

Came to Seaside for a family wedding. The property was well stock with kitchen items & towels. It was extremely clean. Beds were comfy. Lovely porches for hanging out. Came equipped with 4 bikes, which we used. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. I recommend this property highly. Thank you!

Didn’t Want to Leave!

I cannot say enough about how much our family enjoyed our stay at White Magnolia. It was absolutely perfect! And the house was the moat well appointed we’ve ever stayed in. (And we’ve stayed in many!) The kitchen is an absolute dream and each one of us was truly sad when it was time to leave. No worries though. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!!!

We SO enjoyed staying at White Magnolia last week! We had two adults and 6 preteens/ teens staying w/ us as two of our kids brought friends. There was plenty of space and the home was very accommodating with supplied items in the kitchen and for the grill as well as centrally located on 30A. Beach access was just across the street and the beach chair and umbrella setup was a nice treat! We will 100% stay at White Magnolia in the future!

Family vacation

Fantastic new home with nice amenities. The location was convenient to several restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would choose the property again. The only complaint I have is the need to follow up weeks later for the deposit refund.
