Great House, Great Location

This place was perfect for our family! The location is walking distance to the beach and also close to the pool. The house itself was clean and had a great beach feel. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family time at the Beach!

Beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Our littles loved the kids room. The beach and private pool for neighborhood was great! I recommend this location for any family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, short walk to beach, short drive to stores. Only issue was the golf cart. Cart was unkempt with bald tires, cracked windshield, back safety bar was so rusty it fell off, and the cart would barely make it up the 2 hills while having more than 2 people on it

Was an amazing family vacation!

This property is a 10plus star have everything you need. Location was at point of any fun locations. The beach is clean and clear plus lifeguard on duty. The area was great. We went to a boat ride and all. The kids had a blast. The host was amazing taking care of us.

I immediately message the property rental and they were quick to solve the problem. The house was cozy and the go cart was convenient for our party to access the beach. Convenient location to the beach and the pool and a short golf cart ride east on 30A for shopping and dining. Our grandchildren loved the top floor space and I really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen!The outdoor shower is a game-changer after being on the beach! So helpful!The few issues we did have were quickly addressed and solved by the Beach Blue service techs. We will stay again!

Ideal location for a beach vacation

Our week long stay was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and each room has a TV. We loved that the third floor was carpeted and had enough beds for the kids! It was spacious enough for 2 families with young kids (we had a 9month, 2 year & 3 year old with us.) We loved how the beach was walkable and that the pool was just steps away. If you’re hungry, there is a restaurant that is walking distance! We appreciated the fenced in back patio space with the outdoor shower and bbq. We will be back!

We have stayed in this area for several years and absolutely love it. All though with the every growing and construction the early morning starts make it a little difficult to enjoy sleeping in after long days out in the sun. But all in all.....Enjoyed it.

The golf cart was nice, but gauges didn't show fully charged. Maintenance came and check batteries and said they were fully charged, just afraid to go very far. Other than that, we enjoyed the house. Plenty of space for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation home. 2 families with 5 kids under ten years old. Had no issues. Property management company was great. It was easy to communicate with them and they always responded right away. House was clean upon arrival, had everything needed to bbq & cook indoors. Golf cart ran fine. Never had any issues taking it down to park at public parking area across from Stinky’s. If you like walks, go 2 miles down to Topsail State Park, it has 16 miles of trails. Plus a tram ride to their beach the kids enjoyed. Thanks.

The location of the unit was very nice and close to the beach. The unit was clean.There were 2 broken pieces of furniture and the upstairs bath shower curtain was missing the liner and the shower curtain itself was molded. The ice maker and water dispenser on fridge did not work. The counter ice maker was molded. The listing of the cart being listed as new is the major issue that we had it was the oldest one that we saw in the neighborhood. It is rusted with bad tires cracked windshield and dash board does not work. We call management and they did not come to check it out until Thurs and we check out was early Saturday. We would definitely stay again if these issues were fixed and the cart was new as listed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property & the customer service received thru Beach Blue Properties. In previous years, 5 to be exact, we’ve stayed in this same neighborhood but rented from other rental companies. We’ve had common maintenance issues with each rental but never experienced fast & great service as we did with Beach Blue Properties. Our ice maker quit working & not only did beach blue bring over bags of ice, but delivered a countertop ice maker. Lightning from a storm messed up the tv wifi but their team came immediately & problem resolved. I will never use another rental company. 👏

Spring Break stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for spring break with three kids. The house is new. There is a lot of construction and the workers start at 6-7am. The location is ok. If you plan on going to the beach the golf cart is nice. They probably need to replace the cart. It runs out of charge after about 20 min if driving. The community pool is very small. The home was clean. The outside shower broke and they fixed within a day. Overall ok stay. Probably would not stay again unless the price per night was adjusted much lower.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is the perfect place to stay for your vacation to 30A. Out of all the cities along 30A, Santa Rosa is the least crowded with tourists and has more of a local feel. We loved how this home had a huge third floor bedroom that all the kids could sleep in, and the adults slept on the second floor. The kids also loved riding the golf cart! We rode it twice a day to the beach and even around the neighborhood. So fun! Sunsets on the beach is a MUST. It was seriously the most beautiful sunset of our lives. The sand is so soft and powdery, the waves are shallow and safe for kids, and the water is warm too. We also did some trips to neighboring towns. Alys Beach neighborhood is fun to walk around. They had a fun little playground there for the kids. We ate at a restaurant called La Crema which is at a cute little Danish inspired town and then drove over to Alys Beach! Eden Garden is a nice place for a stroll too. Loved all the nature there. Our favorite restaurant here was Shunk Gulley - great fish and chips!! We actually only ate out a few times. The rest of the time, we shopped at Publix and cooked our meals at the house. Super convenient especially with young kids. It’s safe to say, our family had the best time here. We highly recommend this property - it was like staying at a 5 star resort!

The neighborhood is very calm and relaxed. Only issues with my stay was trashcan filled with trash and bags of trash on floor which really smelled bad. Place was clean besides a few dishes that were dirty and found few water bottles behind couch cushions so seems like the place was only tidy not fully cleaned .
