Bienvenido a 8 Bramble Lane, una acogedora cabaña en la playa ubicada en la pintoresca comunidad cerrada The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach. The Hammocks es una pequeña comunidad con encantadoras casas costeras acentuadas con toques de lujo, ubicada en el corazón de 30A a solo minutos de Seaside. The Hammocks cuenta con dos piscinas comunitarias y un paseo marítimo privado que ofrece un punto de lanzamiento con acceso a Western Lake.

Al ingresar a 8 Bramble Lane, notará que esta casa está bellamente decorada y es acogedora. La gran cocina del chef está equipada con electrodomésticos de nivel profesional y un amplio espacio de trabajo para preparar su comida familiar favorita. La gran mesa de comedor de la granja tiene capacidad para ocho personas y la espaciosa isla de cocina tiene asientos de bar para tres. La sala de estar del primer piso ofrece cómodos asientos y TV de pantalla plana.

Encontrará la suite principal en el primer piso con baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. Un dormitorio de invitados reina también se encuentra en el primer piso con baño compartido.

Awesome place in a convenient location.

Greate place and location. Beautiful home with all new appliances, large kitchen and eating area. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are all new and very nice.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best stay at this house, everything was clean and looked great. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and seaside. Oversee went above and beyond on how they make the whole process work! Will definitely stay at this house again next summer!

Beautiful Property!

This was our first trip down to the Seaside area and we loved every moment of it! This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 5, and 2). It felt new, was very clean, and was a short drive/comfortable walk to the center of Seaside (.9 miles). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house and location were absolutely perfect

We loved the property. The only thing I would add is a mirror upstairs somewhere. It was hard for others getting ready upstairs that were staying in the bunk if the bathroom was occupied. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Great house, but needs the drains fixed, when taking a shower its like you were in a bath when you were done, same with the sink. And the downstairs bedroom needs a better mattress. Other than that it was so nice!

Overall very clean and spacious. Driveway was a little tight for three cars. Many dead bugs/roaches in the kitchen and upstairs but we just threw them away. fan in living room wouldn’t turn on. Volume on TV wasn’t working. TV in upstairs bedroom would turn on on its own. Unable to use washer and dryer due to the dryer making loud noise like it was broken. We didn’t want to cause more damage, and didn’t get much help/answers when we reached out about it.

Fall Break

There were a couple of issues, nothing major. The ceiling fan in living room not working at all...the thermostat was on 78 when we got there...way too hot..it cooled down eventually. Also, we spent a lot of money on steaks to grill and the grill did not work at all. 3 out of the 5 burners were out and it was rusted out...we had to cook them in a pan...not ideal...these things should be working when you have tenants. Chris with the property mgt group was amazing... 5 stars for him.

Accurate listing and great location

We enjoyed the house and location was great. There were some oddities, like no plugs, mirrors or poor lights in bathrooms.

PROS: Clean, conveniently located near the hub in Seaside, well stocked, lots of parking space, bikes, TONS of beach toys and boogie boards, comfortable mattresses, lovely neighborhood, steps from community pool. And more!CONS: pillows were not the most comfy, only 4 chairs on deck so not enough seating for our group, (this may not concern anyone else as they were very minor).We had a hiccup with the bike locks but management had excellent communication and even brought us an extra bike for the remainder of our stay. All in all, we were impressed by the home and very happy! Would definitely recommend.

Convenient Spring Break location

This was the cutest house, so well decorated. One of neighborhood pools is a couple of doors down and the other one is a pretty and short walk through the neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the house. The only small complaint I had was the house backs up to the main road and from the master bedroom you could hear street noise at night. I asked the others if they heard anything and no one else did.

Great Property!

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (> 1/2 mile) to the beach, the grocery store and Seaside square (~3/4 mile). Neighborhood pool was super close. Plenty of room in this spacious house-easily accommodated 10 adults. The house was immaculate. Would definitely rent again.

My biggest and really only complaint was the road noise which I know can’t really be helped. It seemed 12am-5am were relatively quiet, but we all found it difficult to sleep.As for the beach, the walk to the beach wasn’t bad, but not accessible for people with limited mobility at the 395 Public Access point. There is no parking there for cars or bikes. Once you get there, the beach is beautiful and not crowded. We tried the other public beach that did have some parking and a ramp on one of our days, but the beach was way over crowded.
