  • One Seagrove Place Condo, right in the heart of Seagrove Beach and the famous C 30A, is 1 mile east of Seaside. The 2 bedroom/2bath condo sleeps 6 with the queen sofa sleeper and is convenient to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping.
    The condo is freshly painted with travertine flooring throughout, granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen. The den is appointed with a sleeper sofa, a matching chair and 2 swivel rocker chairs along with a 42' flat screen T.V. There is a King Master ensuite and a Queen Guest ensuite with luxurious mattresses and linens in the bedrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa! From the balcony, the open sunset views over the gulf are stunning, and the new cushioned balcony seating provides a relaxing way to enjoy the beach.
    One Seagrove Place Condos has a heated pool, work out facility, elevators, along with recreational rentals as well.

Even more beautiful in person

Everything was perfect. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Elevators were fast, the water was perfect and the sunsets were incredible. Easy walk to eat, get donuts or ice cream.

Great fall retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Loved all the extra pillows and blankets. Always appreciate those at a beach place! It was a beautiful view, great location and great communication with host! Would choose again!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The listing was exactly as described - right on the beach with a heated pool (which was absolutely key in March). We would definitely recommend!

Our week in Seagrove Beach

We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at Mr. Sandman in One Seagrove Place. The condo is beautifully decorated, and our host, Ann, even provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It is convenient to the restaurants we enjoy and to shopping. I would highly recommend.

Girlfriend’s getaway

The sudden very cold north wind that arrived Day 2 of our 4 day stay didn’t dampen our spirits and we enjoyed our lovely condo. It was clean and attractive with a wonderful balcony and view. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this property.

Wonderful NYE

This is our second NYE at this property so we knew we loved it already. The outdoor furniture looked brand new and was wonderful to sit on. We truly love this building and it’s easy to walk to several of our favorite places. Ann was wonderful to work with as always.

Awesome Beach view…..the kitchen really needed cleaning….the dishes I used I run the dishwasher first…I used many wet paper towels wiping off counter tops with left over crumbs, coffee grounds etc. handles on refrigerator, dishwasher etc. the sink really needs soft scrubbing…..I understand a housekeeper has a lot of territory to cover…..I feel for them! Yes, we enjoyed your unit, loved your decor….wish I could find a bowl like the one you have on the table! Sure enjoyed meeting you both….Bill has shared your stories with our children

Beautiful Unit

We would absolutely return to this unit. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. As previous reviews have stated, only one of the chairs was operable and the 2nd bedroom closet door is off track.

Good location of property. Nice furnishings, amazing views! We had an issue with TVs in bedrooms not working. Contacted host and she took care of problem. Totally replaced both TVs.

Wonderful location

We had a girls trip for the long weekend. The condo was perfect choice for us. The host was very nice and available when contacted. Location right on the beach with a great oceanfront balcony. There were 3 of us so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. The location is great -close to restaurants and grocery store is only few minutes by car. Nice to have the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella’s provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice view but

There was sand on the floor.. around the edges of master bath was dirty. The towels were thin& grey. The furniture was nice, some worn spot’s. The view was spectacular, good location. Kitchen was good, we only used coffee maker.

Could have been a little clearer

The kitchen was not the cleanest. The handle on the refrigerator had to be wiped down. I cleaned the stove top. There was dust on the furniture. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work. But The property was nicely decorated with a great view.

Great Views

The best aspects of this property are the views and the updated kitchen. The space is a little tight for 4 people. Renters should know the beaches on either side of the condo have declared themselves private beaches and the beach directly in front of the condo is a very public beach with public access. So, the beach directly in front of the condo is extremely crowded (even in March) while the beaches on either side are vacant. We never received any checkout instructions.
