Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The property and location were perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and in a quiet, convenient area close to everything we needed. Steps from the beach and it truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect family trip

Amazing house and location. Perfect for my older parents who have mobility issues with the master on the main. Kids loved the buck beds and the small pool. Another couple stayed in the carriage house and it was great. Wonderful kitchen too for family meals. Probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in too.

Our vacation at Santa Rosa Beach - Boardwalk Blues

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk Blues. The house was immaculate and the furnishings and amenities were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the dipping pool, the kitchen and the screened in front porch. We would highly recommend this property to other vacationers. It seemed like home away from home!

This house was perfect for our all girl crew. Nestled in a fabulous neighborhood, close to anything you need. Kitchen was very well stocked. Guest house was perfect. There is an alarm inside the back door & in the guest house because of the pool (that is very small). A button has to be pushed to turn it off within so many seconds of opening the door.

The Best Yet!

We travel annually to the Florida panhandle for our family beach vacation booking homes & condos along 30A. And finally, after many many different places, we found the best place for us. The customer service at Diamond Gulf Rentals is the best - I cannot overstate how well we were treated (from the moment we booked until days after we returned home) - well done Team Diamond Gulf Rentals!

Great house in the best neighborhood

We love the house and the apartment above the garage. It was perfect for two families. The proximity to the beach is awesome and we love this neighborhood. This was our fifth year in Old Florida Village and our favorite house. The only negative is that checkout is on a Friday. We would've loved one more day at the beach!

Best Neighborhood on 30A

We loved our stay at Boardwalk Blues - beautiful and comfortable home, extremely well stocked, very short walk to the beach, no crowds at the beach, quiet neighborhood, great pool, no traffic - perfect for bike riding. will definitely be coming back to this one year after year!! Management is extremely quick to respond if you have questions or issues! Great experience!

Hammond stay boardwalk blues

It was ok. Dishwasher was broken. Back door lock was faulty and we were locked out Tuesday night until we could get the key from the box. We stayed there last year and it was amazing. Not as good this year.

Great House & Location

Even though it was the 4th of July week, the neighborhood was quiet with no traffic. It was a short walk to a large beach. The grandkids loved playing in the Draper Lake outflow to the Gulf. The house was the perfect set up for us, our kids/spouses and the 4 grandkids. The neighborhood pool was very nice and a good place to cool off after beach time. The Diamond Rentals staff kept us updated with text messages and responded quickly to questions. We will be back!

Paradise

We were there with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for us. Loved having the master downstairs since I had just had knee surgery. The two king and the queen bunk beds were perfect for us. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The sitting area was cozy and large enough for us to gather. The children had a blast in the most pool. We also enjoyed the front screened porch. The best was the short walk to the private beach which was beyond beautiful! I highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

Beautiful House close to beach!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The proximity to the beach was amazing and only a very short walk off the front porch to the pier leading down steps to the private beach. The house is beautifully decorated and everything is updated. We loved the dipping pool outside and the overall gated community. The carriage house is separate from the main house and accessible outside the back door up some steps. It's perfect for older adults and in-laws! It also beautifully decorated and looked brand new. The neighborhood pool was so nice and had shade for those wanting to skip the sun. We will be back for sure! Thank you to Diamond Gulf Rentals for being the best rental company we've ever used. Your communication and the ease of check in and renting from was above par!
