The house is great. Our only feedback is that the TV needs to be bigger to see it from the couch. There is plenty of space to accommodate a slightly larger tv.

Excellent Property right on the Beach!

This property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It sits right on the beach where you can sit on the deck and watch and listen to the wave crashing! Great location and walking distance to everything at Seaside!

After 12 years of staying in 30A, this was our favorite rental. Gorgeous balcony right on the beach and views of the sea from whole back side of house. Excellent location near the pavilions ( Tupelo was closest). Some of the furnishings were a bit worn out but it contributed to the beachy casual charm.

Best 50th Wedding Anniversary Ever

Had such a relaxing and fun Family time with all ! Thank you Dune House ! We will be back. So close to Pool- Beach and best of all Restaurants and the Best ~Modica Market ! They stay the same every year ❤️ Can’t wait for the next visit !

The home is lovely & perfect for 2 couples. We rented extra bikes and either rode or walked to shops & dining. This was our first time using Homeowners & visiting Seaside. All of the staff were extremely helpful & quick to respond. We will definitely be visiting again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dune House is a true hidden gem. We loved everything about our stay! The ocean view from the den and back deck are unbeatable. We had coffee every morning under the pergola and it was so peaceful listening to the morning waves. The house and grounds are as gorgeous as the photos and we felt right at home immediately. It was clean and well appointed and so close to everything you need in terms of eating|drinking|socializing. We will definitely be back.

Prior to our stay there was some work done, but were not complete. It was like half the downstairs was still "Under construction" The only TV in the entire place is not even a smart TV.

The pest control and the TV situation needs to be addressed before we could recommend it to a friend. The lone TV was the size of a computer monitor. It needed to be in and would be suitable for the Master BR. The living room needs a larger screen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at other houses in Seaside. This time, I wanted to stay right on the beach. The house is amazing, filled with light and interesting spaces, and it has a beautiful, timeless design. Other reviewers have mentioned the TV situation. Personally, I like that the TV does not compete with the spectacular views and beach vibe. However, in the late fall and winter when days are short, it would be nice to be able to stream. We solved this by bringing our own inexpensive streaming device. A nice upgrade would be to increase the TV size so that more than two people can watch comfortably. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house felt bigger than what was indicated by the actual square footage. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the beach!
